My Tesla Model X had a serious dent on one of its falcon doors. No one else would touch it because of accessibility issues and aluminum is difficult to work with. But the owner himself worked on it for many hours and it came out great. The price was exceptionally low, too. This is a small family business founded over 35 years ago. The owner knows what he is doing and is clearly honest and fair. I got the impression that he is highly respected in the local community. Got my car repaired! Both Tony and Ali are very nice and professional, I got very reasonable price with a great service!

I got 9 quotes from repair shops in SF. Some were 3 times as much as the work I got completed at AJC. This was not an extensive amount of work, no major collision or anything, the car is a 2020 Honda. One door got scraped and dented-in, so the metal needed to be replaced along with the trim. I submitted 8 emails to shops with all the pictures needed. I also submitted 6 more through Yelp's tool to get quotes. In 2025, its seems pretty unnecessary to 'have to bring it in' - this isn't anything involving frame damage or internal mechanicals. Some didn't bother to even reply. Others claimed it was necessary to this or that to the front door [not even impacted] and another said they'd need to both doors and some sort of color matching to the rear panel behind the damaged door "because I have a glitter-finish coat." None of that was necessary, and more specifically not at all what I'd asked for - just a money grab from some of those other garages. AJC was priced well, answered all my initial questions through direct-message first and then an eventual call to them before deciding to go with them. They got the work done in the timeframe they gave me, the paint was matched exactly, and 6wks later I have no concerns. Looks great. read more
