2/5 - Disappointing Communication and Long Delays I ordered a set of wheels and tires from Rimzone on December 12th, and my order isn't scheduled to arrive until January 5th. While delays can happen--especially around the holidays--the lack of communication is what really makes this experience frustrating. Throughout the entire process, Rimzone never once took the initiative to provide updates. No proactive emails, no status check-ins, nothing. The only way to get information is to reach out to them directly, and even then, responses feel reactive rather than helpful. As a customer spending good money, I shouldn't have to chase basic order updates. What makes this even more disappointing is that after looking back through my old messages, I realized this exact same issue happened the last time I ordered from Rimzone. So unfortunately, this doesn't feel like a one-off holiday hiccup--it feels like a pattern. The products themselves may be fine, but customer service and communication matter, especially when you're waiting weeks for wheels and tires. At this point, I honestly recommend buying local or choosing another online retailer that values keeping customers informed. I really wanted to have a better experience this time around, but the repeated communication problems and long wait have made it hard to recommend Rimzone going forward. read more

stay away from the chrome wheels. I drive my one time in bad weather and the chrome is already starting to pit. These wheels were only on my truck for 2 months. I could see maybe if it was 12 months but not 2. 3500 in wheels and tires and I already have junk wheels. don't waste your time or money. The customer service on them getting back to you sucks also. I bought 5 American racing baja satin black rims and i bought 5 wheels. I took my car, they Mounted and balanced everything. This company will not go through with warranty claims for you at all. Then they proceeded to tell you it's gonna cost you too much to ship it back to the company. Then I request an address because I travel the United States and it won't cost me anything for shipping they will leave you hanging and won't give you any address at all. Bought 4 wheels and tire for a 2020 ram 2500. Received with the tpms sensors mounted in the rear of wheel. They hit the calipers and riped one off. There should have been flush mount ones in rear and the tpms in the front. Needles to say I had to order the right stuff for them dismount mount and rebalance the tires.. I spoke with the salesmen and they said they would send the stuff to fix them but a week has gone buy now and nothing from them. Nothing about the labor to do it. I bought a set of 4000.00 wheels from them less that a year ago and the chrome is starting to pit. I called to ask about a warranty and they of corse told me it was my fault the 8 month old wheels were pitting due to not taking care and maintenance issues. I own a detailing company and have more than protected and maintenanced the wheels I'm sure much better than the average person so them blaming me is an excuse not to help. I understand chrome does pit, chip off and can rust over time, but less than a year? less than 2500 miles? customer service there is also bad. being told "you're wrong brother" isn't the way you speak to customers. I ordered wheels for my 2019 TRD Sport Tacoma through Rimz One 2 months ago and had a fitment issue. Ended up not being able to use these wheels, really my fault not paying attention to hub bore size. So I had to return them and asked about another set of wheels that were the correct size. Got shipped 3 rims instead of 4. I understand it's not rimz one fault and it's FEDEX's fault for loosing the rim. I was told multiple times, they would send out a replacement ASAP knowing the rim was lost during shipment. they still haven't sent one out and keep telling me " we will ship one out by the end of the day tomorrow if we don't get anymore information". this company has No good faith at all, especially if they were already paid for. I even asked to buy another rim so it can be sent to me faster and refund me when they deal with fedex!!! still no luck.. don't buy especially online or if your in another state. They shipped me a damaged rim. They then did not offer to help or contact the manufacturer of the rim. Then told me the manufacturer wouldn't do anything. I talked to the local shop in town who did the mount and balance, he ordered me a wheel and took care of it and I didn't even buy them from him. They LIED completely saying the manufacturer wouldn't do anything and wouldn't help me at all after they sent me the damaged rim. read more
