The covered outdoor dining area (complete with upholstered bench seats from cars at the booths) was the perfect place for a casual meal on a summer evening. My husband tried a burger topped with cheese and onion rings, with a side of curly fries, and was quite happy. There was probably a grilled cheese, but this VEGETARIAN stopped dead when she saw the Granny-Smith salad with dried cranberries, candied walnuts, and goat cheese served in a wrap bowl (sort of like a tortilla bowl for taco salads). SOLD. It was a delicious, and paired nicely with a side of sweet potato fries. Total bill with drinks was about $30. The whole establishment was clean and everyone was exceptionally friendly (maybe I'd feel friendlier at work if I got to wear roller skates?). If I have one regret it's that we had nowhere near enough room left for dessert, and the ice cream and milk shake menu looked amazing. Guess we'll have to make our way down there again to try it!

It's just a quick exit off I-90 and practically on the lake -- super convenient whether you're heading to Niagara Falls or traveling back toward Pennsylvania or Ohio. They source as locally as possible, with their perch and other fresh fish coming straight from the fish market across the street.
