Black and white and classy and comfortable all together. Desi was recommended to me by my best friend - and was amazing. She cut my hair beautifully, did the balayage highlights I asked for, and was just friendly and sweet throughout the entire experience. So, not wanting to lose $500, I signed up. But, after a week, I decided I couldn't go through with it. I've been bald for 5 years, it would be too weird to suddenly have a full head of hair. So I emailed and told them I want to cancel. Then, Liza Sandoval called and tried to talk me into staying. But I declined and she said she'd escalate to get me a full refund. Weeks went by and I didn't hear anything after several attempts. So I had to escalate with the loan company, PatientFi. They were able to get me refunded $4600 of the $7000. HairCLub is essentially fining me $2400 for cancelling. I reached back out several times, and heard nothing. So I filed a complaint with the BBB. They then decided to give me another $1200 back, so I'm still out $1200. When is the last time you went to a store and spent $1200 and left with nothing?! This is wrong, and should be illegal and they know it. I will never let this go. Shame on you HairClub! That's literally stealing hard-earned money. After leaving this review, I was contacted by the VP of OPS, Zach Robbins, who offered me a bribe of $400 to remove the review. So I'd still be out $800, but then they silence me too? What a deal!

The biggest issue I face is that I live hours from San Diego. So of his own free time, Randy has been reaching out to salons across California to find someone with experience.
