After the fact, I discovered they did not use the proper treatment or restorative process, In the end I got poor workmanship that did not last the test of time. I can't think of a time I've visited when I wasn't approached by a salesperson offering help. The store is well stocked and immaculate, and they can even do repairs on some household items. In fact, I brought something in for repair last week and received a call just a few hours later that it was ready for pickup. And this kind of turnaround was on a Sunday! Prices are reasonable, and certainly reasonable enough to keep me out of Home Depot or Lowe's. Weed & Duryea saves me the trek and the annoyance.

I recently brought in a sample to match of a white color in a very expensive European Paint. Now I did approve the sample but I am no color expert the wet paint does not show the true color. when I used the paint for touch ups it was not even close. I went to back to the store after I called and the owner said they would make the paint match better. However when I got there they insisted I show them the original sample and when I told them I didn't have it the employees quickly became defensive and rude. When the manager of the store came over he was even more rude and flat out refused to fix the color. I will never go to this store ever again!!!

I have had many problems painting my old plaster walls in an apt with very poor lighting. Choosing a paint color and actually expecting the outcome to be simple and satisfying has proven to be disappointing several times, but each member of the staff has been there to assist me along this long path, with knowledgeable insight, helpful advise, and a sincere willingness to help me get it right. They have gone above and beyond every time I have come into the store! I have been treated with kindness and professionalism even when I have had to return several times to tweak colors in order to accommodate my unusual circumstances. They have never let me down!
