Came here before catching a Rams game and it's literally a small little spot with 3 tables and nothing special on the inside but the FOOD and SERVICE are beyond Amazing! These small little spots are always the best. They close early so always check the time before you come. We actually scored a small table and decided to eat there. I got their Birria Tacos Combo with rice and beans and the consome to dip the tacos and they tasted very fresh the meat was delicious and they did them on double tortilla as well it was a solid 10/10. My husband is obsessed with their wet burrito that he got with carne asada and he keeps wanting to go back for it, we don't live nearby so it's a journey to get here but so so worth it! The food here is so good and it's as if your mom or grandma made it with love and that's what has us coming back. We found our new spot and one thing I noticed was all the Uber Eats pickups and to go orders it was insane, that's speaks so much about a place. There is parking up front but also residential parking as well just watch out for street sweepers and the signs. This is the place to go if you want amazing breakfast burritos. They also have some of the best chilaquiles I've ever had.

After a morning flight, we searched up "breakfast burrito" and Rinkon Guadalajara popped up. Since it's a short drive from the airport, we decided to give it a shot. Their breakfast menu has some interesting takes on burritos, so my wife and I tried the Rinkon Burrito and the Tripon Burrito. The Rinkon Burrito had a nice freshness to it with the nopales (cactus), which was a unique touch. Not gonna lie, though I was kind of looking for one of those unhealthy but savory burritos! Although the burritos didn't blow my socks off, they were definitely good. I'd come back to try other items on the menu. The staff was friendly, which added to the experience. We ate inside since they don't offer outdoor seating, but the spot was incredibly warm not sure if they had an AC issue or if that's how it is throughout the day, even though it was still early in the morning. Also, they don't have restrooms available, so plan accordingly! Overall, I'd give this spot a solid 3.5 stars. If the AC was working and there were bathrooms, they'd be hitting 4 stars. read more

I ordered two quesatacos, two hardshell tacos and small cup of consome with beef, just the stew mix and everything tasted so fresh and so delicious! Two tacos fills me up but I know other people say three is a better for them. The salsa is not too spicy. Whatever taco you get, you must get the consome with it, it's just not the same without it. So only been here once, but will abosulty be coming back. Got a al pastor burrito wet. Everything about the burrito itself was great. They only had green sauce the day that I went, and I have to say I didn't love the green sauce, too vinegary for my taste, but seemed like a very fresh authentic tomatillo sauce so while it wasn't for me it was a great version of it. This is my new favorite place to order food from. Their keto birrera tacos are absolute fire!!!!!! Crunchy, cheesy, and their meat is so flavorful. I highly recommend them.
