She was polite and asked if I would like it reheated, but I said no, because the issue was not only the temperature -- the food simply was not flavorful. The vegetables were soaked in water, everything was cold, and the overall taste was terrible. My husband was very hungry and even tried to eat it, but I told him it was impossible. The manager came over, apologized, and confirmed that the food was prepared in the kitchen. After that, we were offered ice cream as a courtesy, but nothing was done about the main dish, which was clearly not acceptable. We ended up paying the full bill -- around $80 -- for a meal that was horrible. I left the restaurant hungry, upset, and extremely disappointed. We had to leave our daughter with someone else for what was supposed to be a special dinner for us, and it turned into a very frustrating experience.
