Car wash is good, but watch out with the memberships. I'm from out of state so I bought a one month membership because I was going to be around for a few weeks. Before I left I went in for one more wash, ask the attendant about cancelling, she took my info said she'd take care of it, came back and told me it was done. It was cancelled, for one month, but then charges started showing up on my card again and I'm challenging the charges, but it's impossible to reach anyone at this location and the online links say I don't have a membership. i have had nothing but positive experiences here. The staff is very friendly, and the automated car wash is thorough. The best part is the vacuum and cleaning stations at the end of the wash. Great vacs, places to wash your rubber mats, lots of cleaning cloths to use to spiff up the interior. I drive away in a super clean car every time. read more

Not gonna lie for a monthly pay car wash I really didn't expect a lot but every time I pull through this place the employees are smiling. They're super friendly. They have great attention to detail. I haven't even tried the detail service yet, but I'm really thinking about making an appointment today. I was going through and as I'm going through I realized I had some trash on the back of my truck, the guy says don't worry about it. I really like this car wash a lot however, the service people could do a lot better. They don't rinse off my car or use the brush on it, but it depends if it's a friend of theirs they will make me wait a long time while they really do a lot of the pre-work. It's a bummer to go through the drive-through when you have a nice car and you know that all that dirt and grime on your car is just having soap thrown on it and you're driving straight through till it dries off. I really feel like the owner probably would not approve of that would be my guess? Because of all the really nice equipment here she has put in here. They really need to get better about spraying off the cars before going through the drive-through. They're very good at it with the location by Mallory station the one off of Bakers Bridge is not so good with that Other than that, the towels are always clean and the vacuums work fabulously and they take care by putting trash cans in front of the curbs so that customers don't run their bumpers read more

SCAM ALERT!! Terrible customer service. Was told if I bought the 29.00 wash the next month would be free. After the month was over I got a 49.99 charge on my card. Went in and asked about it and they said they don't do returns but they gave me the next month for free and canceled my card. Went back to get a $17 car wash a few months laterand was told I get the next month for free. I looked at her and said with no reoccurring fees? She promised that would not happen again. Well, the month came to the end and sure enough a $50 was charged to my card. I went in and they did cancel my subscription. Howeve, she promised me I would get a refund this time. I've been waiting three weeks to get my money back. I have been in there three times to ask about it and all they say "we're working on it". What a rip off, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I rarely write reviews but after my experience with Jason, the new mgr. at the Hillwood Blvd location I knew I should. Without my knowledge or approval, I was signed up for the $25 per month membership. When I discovered this, I contacted my card company and had the charges stopped. I also contacted Riptide and got a call back from Jason. I was impressed that he immediately offered to make things right. Jason apologized and offered me significantly more in gift cards than had been charged to my credit card. Jason didn't have to do anything but did the right thing! read more

It's okay- but it's not the best wash n roll car wash in town. When I'm getting a wash n roll, I expect to have towels and vacuums available. At Miles auto spa, towels are only available for a monthly membership. I came in because there was some serious bird poop on my car- the wash n roll didn't get all of it, and without a towel to wipe it, I'll just have to hope I can get it taken care of the next time I get a car wash, which probably won't be here. The vacuums are free but there are some parking places that are totally missing a vacuum (and it's not labeled) so that can be frustrating as well. This place offers quick service, a variety of packages, great detail work, friendly atmosphere, is super clean and lastly, let's you tip on a credit card. Haha. You can run your car through the wash and vacuum it yourself or have them do it all for you. The abundance of options caters to all needs. I needed to get my boyfriends car detailed and Hector did an amazing job - he is meticulous! The car is so shiny and I was really happy I added the leather conditioning, it actually made a difference! Honestly, the experience here made me really happy. The Mallory Station RipTide car wash in Franklin, TN has an employee who is meeting customers at the point of sale and intentionally signing them up for a monthly service (the price is also obscenely high for the poor quality of the wash). I was informed by a separate employee at the location that they have had MULTIPLE people have the same complaint. Never previously had an issue with this car wash; although, never really was blown away, per se. Today I tried to get my car washed here and looked to ensure they were open. Google advertises that they're open until 6. To my surprise, I arrive at 4 and there are cones blocking the lanes where you select a wash and pay. I had seen reviews from people complaining that they tend to close earlier than they're supposed to, and I rolled my eyes as one does and thought "that won't happen to me". My car was scratched here October 15th (being guided into the car wash) and the way it was handled was very unprofessional. I have a monthly membership and get my car washed multiple times a week and have never had any issues, so this was extremely off putting. The attendant filled out a report and told me they would get back to me in 3-5 days after they review footage, I then asked for contact information incase no one got back to me. She responded by saying "well I can't just give out my bosses phone number" meanwhile, I didn't ask for a phone number. Just contact information, could be an email or a business number. I've reached out via email with no response and have yet to hear back from the original report that was filled out. Very upset about the way this was handled, I understand accidents happen but I think this situation could have been handled very differently. Have been going here for 4 years and now that they added an angry lady at the front who tries to upcharge you I will not go back. She was very short and this position is not needed, everyone is capable of reading what is on the touch screen and choosing which car wash they would like. Another story like in the other unfortunate reviews... when I drove up to pay for the car wash ($9.99 is what I always pay) there were two employees who took my credit card and unbeknownst to me, charged me $59.99.(which I now find out is a club membership for unlimited washes for the month.) Two weeks later, I go back and they offer me the Club membership for $9.99 which I accepted and agreed that if I didn't want a club membership that they would begin to start charging me $59.99 per month. My full intention was to cancel this by May 23. Well, I get my credit card statement and find all these charges on my account and customer service didn't call me back after two tries. So I go to the Hillwood location and the receptionist says she doesn't have the authority to refund the charges. Customer service finally calls me and they say I can only get credit for car washes, not a refund for the charges I never approved. I got the second best car wash for 24.00. No one did the tires like stated it was just a car wash like any other place. The detail bucket they give you all the towels were wet. The cleaner and winded were so watered down might as well have been water only. The vacuum was ok but it only has the wide mouth vacuum. Been to other places that have the narrow vacuum and the wide ones at each station. Also no car mat cleaner. Just purchased a $12 car wash at this location only to find out that that doesn't include my car being dried off, no towels available unless you sign up for a membership, or you could pay somebody in additional $8 to dry your car off withe towel. Pretty bogus considering there's a car wash with more amenities and features right down the street that's also 10 to 20% cheaper. Miles Auto Spa on Hillwood did a horrible job detailing my car. Their "ultimate" package charged me $225 for what they called "every crack and crevice" and "as close to brand new as possible". I was told this process takes 3.5hrs to 4hrs which makes sense even for my small BMW. My appt was 3:00. They close at 7:00. I left work early to get there at 2:50. The car sat there until 4:00 while the guy ate lunch. I went to get a bite to eat and returned at 5:50 only to be told it was almost done. Horrible job! I could eat lunch from the crumbs next to the seat. He almost forgot the tire shine and rolled it back in for a "quick swipe". It was a rush job and not worth the $225. The manager made no apologies and seemed agitated when I asked about time spent. Overpriced and Mediocre service! read more
