I was seated quickly, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. I treated myself to a gel pedicure and a builder gel manicure. The salon hd a relaxing atmosphere, and I appreciated that I never felt rushed. Unfortunately, the quality of my manicure didn't quite meet my experience. My guilder gel wasn't as smooth was I had hoped and had a few noticeable bumps, and the gel polish started chipping after three days, which was disappointing considering the service. I spent $150 for both services. I'm willing to give them another chance because everyone was so kind and welcoming, and I'm hopeful my next visit will have a better outcome.

My last 2 visits haven't been the best. My last dip powder set was pried off with plastic acrylic tips even after I told the gentleman twice that I had dip powder on. They would always soak and drill down dip but when they ripped them off my nails, it definitely hurt and was uncomfortable. So much so that the UV light made my nails feel like they were burning. Decided to give them one more chance but service wasn't friendly. A piece of my nail was chipped off during the drilling process and was rushed out of my seat for the next customer coming in. Workers get mad when you don't get gel, since you'll be sitting there waiting longer. Also, they even tried charging me for the flip flops you walk out in. So disappointing, it used to be one of my favorite places.
