It is very interesting to learn about the ways they celebrate Eid, one of which is henna. Thanks for doing a fun and meaningful event like this, I cannot wait to go back for the great coffee.

The lid felt a bit bulky (almost like a slushie-style top), but it didn't take away from the drink itself. Service was good -- the barista was quiet and took her time preparing everything. My favorite espresso drink is their Latte Meil because they add bee pollen to it and that bee pollen just kicks everything up a few notches. If you are a fan of chocolate croissants I highly recommend trying one (if there are any left). Cone+Crumb provides their baked goods and I can't say enough wonderful things about them as well. If you are looking for more savory food, I recommend the Sarah Lee Special which is a fantastic avocado toast on bread from Amelia's. As you can tell this is a great local spot to support because not only are you supporting them, but you are supporting other Indy local small businesses as well! Was super excited bc it sounded amazing with the flavoring and the chocolate drizzle. Ultimately was upset because the boy at the bar ended up putting all the flavoring directly into the expression rather than the milk causing me to loose the flavor, also he put what I believe to be the chocolate drizzle into it and stirred it as well. If that's how they make it that if fine but should consider adjusting the description, that's technically not a drizzle. Then I saw him mixing the expresso into the milk, ultimately leaving me sad and disappointed that I was no longer getting my layered drink but instead leaving with a plain latte. I don't know if he was new but yeah, macchiatos aren't mixed. The team however seemed to work very well together, they had a nice flow and moved quickly on the busy Saturday.

It's definitely a spot I'd come back to for getting out of the house to work, bringing a laptop, or even meeting friends for a casual coffee date. The vibe is very cozy and inviting, and the staff was friendly and kind. The menu is thoughtfully curated, not overwhelming, but still offers a nice variety of syrups and flavors. My only small wish is that there were more loose-leaf tea options beyond black and green tea, but that didn't take away from the experience. Overall, this was a fantastic visit and a café I'd happily return to.

I tend to like coffee that's well balanced, medium roast, and not too acidic, and they had a wide variety. Also, I wish they were more covid-conscious, as the woman working there didn't have her mask over her nose, and she kept getting too close and touching me. The little cafe is upscale and comfortable with eight tables inside. The ad said that the pastries are made fresh daily in store. The coffee is sourced from small batch farms. We ordered at the counter. Drinks and food came out quick. The coffee and pastry shop is still training employees and working out kinks. The staff was engaging and super friendly during our visit. The cafe is their second location, with the flagship cafe in Lafayette. I've been on a matcha kick lately. I like the earthy flavor. I was happy to learn I could order a unsweetened matcha latte. My husband ventured to try the mango matcha - his first matcha bev. We also split a Spanish Feta Croissant, that the clerk warmed for us. The croissant was flaky and good. Mochaland is working with local farms to run a pilot for locally sourced products in the shop from this September through January 2027. Details are available on their web site. There's plenty of parking in the shared lot.
