Very soft and even though it's super dark, it's not bitter and the salt flakes make it the perfectly balanced sweet and salty combo. Bread was insanely good. I got a half loaf of semolina and the spices on the outside are adjacent to Side Door Bagel's everything bagel seasoning. I also purchased a chocolate croissant (I love me a good chocolate croissant) and it was so flaky, buttery, and filling, very delicious. I warmed it up a bit at home and enjoyed every bite of it. Ive had a coffee from here and it was good, coffee and bread is a great combination. To get here, you have to find street parking as they don't have a parking lot.
