Ample parking and trash cans - free charging for vehicles and accessories
    Joshua D.

This place is amazing very clean extremely courteous staff the security guard opens the door for you and they also have a non-smoking section. They have free valet parking and they also have free chargers for your electric vehicle. They even have free soda machines that's a huge plus and plenty of parking in the structure with trash cans nearby to throw your garbage away and also plugs in the pillars in case you need to charge up or something. I'm not a big gambler anymore I used to be but if I were to gamble I would come here in a heartbeat. I like customer service I like cleanliness and I hate the smell of smoke so this place hits all of those. I like how quick the elevators are and they are efficient and they are open on the casino floor when you come as opposed to having to wait for it is the little things that I appreciate and I definitely think Valley view Casino has thought this through. I didn't get a chance to try the buffet but I've heard good things about it I also didn't get a chance to win or lose money but the restrooms are clean and the view is nice it's of the valley get it see what I did there.

I initially gave a 2-star rating. Because of the terrific employees, I changed my rating. Valley View really needs to get their restaurant situation figured out. It is absolutely ridiculous. The lines are hours long, If you don't have reservations (and even If you have reservations you will wait longer than you expect). You can't make reservations for the buffet. If you join the player's club, depending on what your status is, you receive food credit every month. I recommend not waiting to the end of the month to redeem your food credit as the lines are hours longer than usual and you may run the risk of not being able to redeem your food credit. They really need to add on to the buffet. Unless you're a black card member (meaning you gamble a ton every month), you will wait hours to eat at the buffet unless you go on off days and off times and you get in line (go there an hour before the buffet opens). I've had better buffet experiences at Pala and Harrah's and Pala and Harrah's are much more generous with hotel stays. All of Valley View employees are super nice and professional. I have not met one employee that has been rude or angry. I'm sure they probably wanted to be because of the angry people standing in line for hours to eat and/or order food. Valley View could be 5 stars if they just got their restaurant situation figured out. Fortunately, the nice friendly employees help make up for the desperate restaurant situation. Also, I think the odds of winning any jackpot are better at Pala and Harrah's. It's really rare to win anything substantial at Valley View. Personally, I've had much better luck at the other casinos.

Adrian and Ashley were top notch. They were super helpful when getting us our heavenly eclairs and smooth gelato! They definitely helped make our trip to Valley View more enjoyable! Located inside the casino, there isn't much to say about the parking or the ambiance. The taste of the food was super yummy and the service was exemplary.

    Delicious napoleon! 5 dollars :)

Terrible customer service. 40 minutes in line. "Black card" members keep showing up and going to the head of line.

Visited this casino on April 4, and Eduardo at the Players Club was incredibly helpful for our whole party of 7. Give this guy a raise!

The atmosphere is lively and they even have live bands on some days, which adds to the experience. Service can be a bit slower during busy times, but overall it's still a fun place to visit. Helpful tip: you do need to be a card member to access the buffet, so it's a good idea to call ahead to confirm details before heading over.

And I put buffet in quotations because it's not actually a standard buffet, but more of a sit down "all you can eat". You need to be at blue card level (2nd tier level) to gain access to the buffet but they sometimes will let new people or red cards enter if they aren't busy. There's also a mandatory $8 (recently raised from $7) tip per person that's dining. If you're not black card (highest tier) you usually have to wait 1-2 hours before even being called to get in line. Then you have to wait in line 20-45 additional minutes before being seated. Black cards get to skip the initial wait and go directly into the line to wait to be seated. Once you're seated you get to choose a soup, salad, or both and then wait for them to bring you the food. Then you have to wait again for your server or try to flag one down to place another round of orders. On average my family has noticed people usually only do the appetizer round, one or two main rounds, and dessert because of the long service times. My family averages around 4-5 main rounds so we sit there for 3-4 hours sometimes with the majority of that time just waiting. The service is the main reason I say this place is hit or miss. If you get a nice and attentive server then everything goes great, but some of the servers are very noticeably there to just do the minimum amount for the job and that's it. Some servers will listen to your orders and actually tell you what additional options there are (like for the lobster tails we didn't even know until months later that we could get it with garlic butter or different sauces on top of it), and some even go and get the food to bring directly to you if they notice you've been waiting too long. Others.. will look around and barely hear what you're ordering and get the whole plate wrong or forget items for your order, resulting in you only getting 2 or 3 of what you asked for instead of the whole 4 that you're supposed to get. Or sometimes the opposite happens where they bring 2-3 of the same item on one plate and none of the other items that you ordered. It's already bad enough that most of the time, the servers only come to your table every 30-45 minutes so you're waiting an incredibly long time just to get one plate of food. The best times to go are definitely the weekdays very early right when they open (if you're not a black card) and the worst times are Fridays and weekends. They also have a recommendation to not have groups larger than 4 because they either split you up or you have to wait an extremely long time for a table to accommodate your group (because they only have 2 tables for large parties). They honestly should just turn the cafe dining room into an additional dining area for the buffet since that space goes wasted after they close and the cafe is literally right on the other side of the wall of the buffet. We've been coming here every other Friday for the drawings for almost 2 years now and the service is so inconsistent but the food is great! There has only been one time I was served a rancid lobster tail and almost threw up in the dining area. The menu changed last month and we tried the new tenderloin, it was absolutely perfect. But then a few weeks ago we tried it again and it was served well done even though we all asked for medium rare (and that's the last time we ever ordered the tenderloin because of that). One problem that happened the other day though was that the people doing the seating weren't seating any of the black card line. There were 8 tickets lined up and only 4 for the other line, but they kept seating the other side and kept putting up a new ticket. The group in front of us had 2 disabled people waiting for 30 minutes (and one of them was missing a leg). I felt so bad for that guy. The explanation was that "we have to follow the timestamp on the tickets to seat people fairly" but hello??? We're not blind. No one was being seated in the black card line for 30 minutes, even small groups of 2 that were in front of us started complaining. I don't understand the "timestamp" bs because we can actively see people getting in the other line, paying waaaay after the 3 groups ahead of us AND us, and still get seated before us. A group of 5 that paid after us in the general line got seated before any of the 3 groups ahead of us. It was just ridiculous but was a one off bad experience compared to the hundred we've had but thought I'd mention it. We still love coming to eat here because the food is great and consistent and almost all of us are black card members so we get food vouchers, but the service definitely needs some improvement or at least consistency equal to the food quality.

Right off the bat, here's what I loved about this day: Big parking lot Dog friendly Live music A small‑business market Food We came on a weekend in October, so definitely check their website to see what events are happening when you go. Admission is free, but you do pay for parking. You can easily spend a whole day here, so I recommend bringing comfortable shoes, a hat, sunscreen, water, and even a blanket or chair. We arrived during a live band set, but seating was limited -- still such a fun vibe. You can also go in and out if you need to grab something from your car. They were grilling up backyard‑style burgers with sides, and it honestly felt like being at a neighborhood BBQ -- grab your drink from the cooler, pick your chips, add your toppings, and enjoy. I loved it. The pumpkin patch is huge and has every type of pumpkin you can imagine. I'd never seen white or black gourds before, but they had them here. There's a lot to walk around and explore, and make sure to stop by the farm shop for packaged nuts, seasonings, honey, and other goodies to take home. My pup Enzo had the best time -- enjoy these pics of him living his best fall life.
