Additionally, she seems unfamiliar with the pricing and promotions, which makes transactions unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. Her negative attitude and snarky demeanor have completely soured what was once a pleasant experience. I hope the management takes customer feedback seriously and addresses these issues.
