I can only give 4 stars for this spot due to there really is only a few items I get due to my pain levels being so high not much works for me. I am from California the products I get in that state have a higher potency. I enjoy getting the infused pre-rolls by Stizzy. The presidential preroll moon-rock blunts are sooo tasty. The wax shatter is hot and miss sometimes I think I'm getting shatter and it's like crumble or batter. The deals are hit and miss too but if you plan right you can get the best deals for the items you want. The staff are all so kind and ready to help you out with any part of the process. I am happy this location is close to me because everything is so far from me. Also there are some items that I can get for $20 in California that they are selling for $60! Do your research and get what you need. I can't spend more money on a product I know is cheaper. I feel taken advantage of so those items I pick up when I'm in Cali. Today was my first time visiting SSR Fernley. They had some products in the menu so decided to take a drive from Sparks & check out them out. Super easy to find location with sufficient parking (which is annoying at the Sparks location). Upon entering, we were greeted to check our IDs. We made it inside to see a long line to wait for bud tenders, no big deal. Upon further inspection, we noticed A MEDICAL LINE! This is almost non-existent anymore in Reno/Sparks area, and is very much appreciated. Every single person to help us from beginning to end was beyond friendly. Their prices are on point, the available products are what keep us coming back to the SSR family. The med line alone may encourage more frequent visits to Fernley. read more

Be careful with the online menu when purchasing. Ordered off concentrate menu CV-1g Motivator - cookie crunch (also had a picture of golden yellow dabs) but got a infused pre-roll which had that label on it. Don't put a picture of dabs for a pre roll and don't put any pre rolls in the concentrate section. Also all the pics are of Holden dabs but most look like black sludge. Very deceiving. This was my first time at a dispensary so I was super nervous (anxiety is why I went in the first place, lol. General Anxiety Disorder to be specific). I was told it can really help with anxiety so I finally took the leap. I'm sure those that suffer from it can relate to the struggle of trying to find relief. Anywho, I was greeted by Salina and after talking with her I felt put at ease and a little hopeful even! She was super knowledgeable and super funny, which made the whole experience that much more comforting...and I left with a FEW different products. After taking the recommended dose I feel so relaxed and finally get breathers from the anxiety beast. I could cry from happiness! Thank you to this establishment...and to Salina! The staff at the front desk are always friendly and welcoming and I never have a problem here. Sometimes you're lucky enough to breeze right through the dispensary process and quickly get what you need, unfortunately that's not the case often enough. My only grievance is the wait time here, it's like there's never enough employees at the counter (the two times there were enough Budtenders, they left simultaneously as if the line was nonexistent). I just wish they'd hire more employees for busy times. Also, it really sucks when you overhear another customer telling their life story to a Budtender when there's 10 people behind them waiting to place an order! I wish people would be more thoughtful of everyone in the dispensary. read more

This place never has what you need, always out! Don't think your gonna come here and get dank. It will be some 21% in-house and if you want the extra percentage you are forced to drive all the way to Reno. The managers are terrible and if you ever have an issue the managers take there sweet time to address concerns about poor service. Pre rolls half full and they claim the product is state regulated but allow returns and then sell without checking them, had a binskie pre roll that was half full today, They did not care. Also they threaten to call cops when you bring up any issues they mess up. Carts already breaking down and separating due to long shelf life's. Lines long with one tender for rush hour. There curbside is ridiculous, if you order a pre roll it takes over an hour to serve, and they don't care if you were there early they don't allow your order in que until a half hour. The managers don't check on service they just walk around while place is busy and act like they are doing work. No initiative to keep the service standards high. read more
