Come early or come late is my recommendation. I love their chicken salad croissant sandwich. Simple. Tasty. Buttery. Divine. Mmmmm! The chicken pot pie is also something one should experience, too. As for tea . . . I'm not their target audience. I don't even like tea, lol. However, there is SO MUCH MORE than tea going on here. It is a wonderful "tip o' the hat" kinda place for Monroe. Looking for a great dining experience in an iconic house in the historic district? Has my "Give 'em a Whirl" meter sipping tea and eating scones with its pinky raised. Support local. Go here.

I highly recommend the strawberry tea...taste like summer. We started with the cheese ball sampler. Not my fav as the flavors were not there. It came with 3 mini cheese balls; pimento, goat cheese and a garden veg with pineapple (IKR). Again, great presentation but none of the cheese balls had much flavor to match the name. For entrees we opted for the chicken salad sandwich, the chicken pot pie and the country chicken casserole. My sister loved the chicken salad, my mom just ate most of the filling of the pot pie, I was not a fan of the casserole (one note, no veggies and everything was mushy except the "herb" bread crumbs on top). Next time I will stick to tea and the lovely finger sandwiches and room for the lovely desserts from the bake shop.

I wish Haraz got here years ago- their dining area is nice with creamy delicious matchas. I've…read moretried their strawberry, peach , pistachio, and lavender flavored matchas (no shocker- I'm addicted) lol. I have also tasted their iced white mocha latte and it was very sweet for a "regular"sweetened drink. Any time you place an order, you can customize your beverage sweetness. Their service is a little slow when they're busy but that's ok- it's worth the wait lol. There's tables to sit at while you wait.

I want to start by saying that I typically enjoy drinks from Haraz. I was excited about the new…read morelocation opening and decided to stop by this morning for a Strawberry Cloud Matcha. I had recently tried this drink at another Haraz location and loved it so much that I officially considered myself a matcha drinker. When I received my drink, I noticed it looked much pinker than it had at the other locations I'd visited. I assumed it had just been mixed and that the usual layers of matcha, strawberry, and whipped cloud had blended together, so I didn't think much of it. However, after taking my first sip in the car, it immediately tasted like strawberry milk. Since I was on my way to work, I kept drinking it, expecting the matcha flavor to come through, but it never did. It was disappointing because the drink was nothing like the one I've had several times at other Haraz locations. I hope this location places an emphasis on training and consistency so the drinks meet the same standard as the rest of the Haraz locations. On a positive note, the staff members were kind, welcoming, and greeted me as soon as I walked in.

The first time was about 3yrs ago so I came here with no expectations other than maybe the drink being more up to my standards. The service of tea fusion is very good. As soon as we walked in there was someone ready to take our order. The decor around the place was cute too! I would say the only thing going on with the place was that the AC was not working and they had mini fans going off around the place. I ordered a strawberry milk tea with tapioca balls. The presentation of the drink was good. My first sips were also very good. But as i continued to drink I noticed that my milk tea was really sweet, a little more than what I would have liked. Then I noticed that the tapioca balls were also with a weird consistency which is what I didn't like about them last time as well. If I have the chance to come back I def would try something new like a refresher.

We even made it a mini date since we recently became parents, which made the outing special for us. The order took a while to prepare, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. When we received our food, the packaging seemed small, but I stayed optimistic. Unfortunately, once I opened my sandwich, I was disappointed. The portion of meat was very small, and the bread was quite thin. While the flavor was there, the portion size didn't meet our expectations. We also ordered a vanilla latte, which was very good and definitely a highlight. I would still recommend this place to family and friends, but I'd be sure to let them know that the sandwich portions are smaller than what we're used to at similar restaurants.
