It was the best pastry I've had in a long time. I also ordered the carrot cake, which is a favorite of mine, and it was good, not the best ever, but it's ok, the Lobster Tail made everything ok. Lastly, I had the Biscoff Latte. As you know, you'll see either a Biscoff or a Cookie Butter Latte everywhere you go these days. This was my third go at a variation & maybe my favorite. I also got to find out about the newest crave in the west coast "nitro coffee" so it coffee made like a beer. I will try it the next time I see JOY at an event. Looks like this company is working toward a coffee space... The climbs story is super interesting and lots of room for growth. Looks like everything they create is made with love and care. First, the woman taking my order was so friendly and patient as it was my first time. Coworkers welcomed me too and I just felt like the were all enjoying their day/job.
