The scones seemed fresh, but a lot of the other appetizer items looked like the frozen hors d'oeuvres from Costco or something, which was super sad. We ordered both the Rocco and the Hank, and they were perfectly seasoned, fresh, and as soon as they hit our table I wanted to take a bite. The English muffins tasted fresh, the eggs, cheese, and toppings were high quality, and I especially loved the dollop of hollandaise sauce on my sandwich--it was like a portable Eggs Benedict! The atmosphere was just as enjoyable as the food. There was plenty of seating inside and outside, the staff was incredibly friendly and prompt, and the café was spotless with adorable décor (plus some fun Lake Norman merchandise for sale). The patio is also dog-friendly, which is always a bonus. Whether you're looking for a quick coffee, a delicious breakfast, or a place to relax for a bit, this is definitely a spot worth visiting. I made the trek to this shop, and not am I glad I did. The young man working there greeted me as soon as I walked in. I didn't know what to expect so I asked him for help on herbs for certain things and he was able to offer his recommendations and made me a complimentary cup of tea, which I thought was so nice! I went to the tea wall and grabbed some herbs and tea blends. They have such a big selection and I love it! They also have a ton of hemp items, which I'll look into for another time! The shop was well stocked and organized, there were so many things to look through. You can really take your time and just admire the art and jewelery they have on display. The gentleman who helped me was really nice. I can see myself becoming a regular here ave trying some things out!

They have a massive selection spanning savory spices, sweet blends, herbs, and teas. I was especially impressed by their selections of infused honey, which had me feeling inspired to use honey in completely new ways in my kitchen. The store layout includes seasonal recipe cards placed throughout to spark creativity, and they send you a coupon on your birthday. This shop is a fantastic option for gifting. These spices would make an excellent present for any cook you know. Personally, I would love a gift basket from this place. To top it all off, the customer service is excellent. I spoke with Scott, he had the exact welcoming, magnanimous and knowledgeable vibe that you would want in a spice advisor. He made a great visit even better.
