It was a very different kind of experience as I have never been through a drive through animal park where you can feed the animals. I enjoyed it greatly! All types of animals - zebras, giraffes, donkeys, baby piglets, ostriches, llamas, alpacas and more. I would totally go back. So much fun and everyone that works there was awesome, friendly, informative!

I even offered to sit in the car the entire time (with the dog) so my 2 daughters could go on the ride through experience. Just so you are aware, here is what the law says... A zoo cannot deny you entry just because you have a service dog. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), zoos are public accommodations and must allow service dogs anywhere the general public is allowed -- with only a few narrow exceptions. --- What the ADA actually says * Zoos must admit service dogs in all public areas. US Service A... * They may only restrict a service dog from specific zones where the dog's presence would disturb or endanger the animals, such as:* Petting zoos * Walk‑through exhibits * Predator/prey enclosures * Back‑of‑house areas These restrictions must be based on real safety concerns, not fear or assumptions. The Seeing Eye * Even when an area is restricted, the zoo must provide an alternate route so you can still enjoy the exhibit. US Service A... * A zoo cannot ban service dogs from the entire facility. US Service A... --- When a zoo can deny access Only two situations allow a zoo to exclude a service dog from a specific area: * The dog is out of control (e.g., barking, lunging, not under handler control). * The dog is not housebroken. These are the only ADA‑approved reasons for exclusion from public areas. tukilost.com --- What staff are allowed to ask Legally, zoo employees may ask only: 1. "Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?" 2. "What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?" They cannot ask for paperwork, certification, or proof. The young lady who took my order was new, and she couldn't have been sweeter. There was some confusion while she was taking my order, but that's understandable. We all have to learn somewhere. The manager stepped in, explained she was new, corrected the order with the kitchen, and we even had a nice conversation while I waited. So imagine my surprise when I got home and discovered I still had the wrong entrée. Even more disappointing, every single side - french fries, onion rings, fried squash- was cold or lukewarm. Then there was the fish sandwich. When I order a fish sandwich from a local deli, I'm expecting an actual fish fillet. It never crossed my mind that it would be one of those square, processed fish patties. Had I known that, I would not have ordered it. And we didn't eat it. The most frustrating part is that none of these issues were because the cashier was new. The manager knew about the mistake, corrected it herself, and personally packed the order. Somehow, it still wasn't right. I truly believe in supporting local businesses, but local will never trump quality. I can overlook an honest mistake. I have a much harder time overlooking multiple mistakes in one order and food that simply wasn't worth the price.

I stopped because I needed a quick bite to eat after helping a friend do some yard work. When I got there, there was no one in line, save for one woman in front of me who could not make a decision to save her life, which is no fault of K&W's. But I was trying to get some food, and the associates behind the counter were not being very helpful or attentive. It was near the end of the night, so they were out or low on a few things, and I totally get that, and do not hold them at fault for this- as I came in around 45 to 30 minutes before close. But, I was still able to get what I desired, country-style steak with rice, okra, and mac & cheese. When I got to the register, I was in for a shock as this meal was over $20. Now, I am sorry, but one of the pillars of K&W is cheaper eats. Had I wanted to spend $20 on a meal, I would have chosen a better place to do so. That price point is going to kill them, as no one wants to pay that sorta price for that level of food. I knew what kinda food I was going to find when I went there, but I did not expect to have to pay that ridiculous fee for that dinner. I am well aware that $20 is no longer considered much, but charging over $20 for one person to dine at K&W is absolutely absurd. That being said- he service was great and the employees were nice, and honestly the food was okay- but $20 is to high, and I will not be spending my money there, in the future.

I may have only watched one play but I had such a great time there! Loved people watching and taking in the whole atmosphere. We had a parking pass and parked a short walk from the stadium. There is a lot of parking available all around the field. Some more $$ than others. I'd recommend getting there early due to both avoiding heavy traffic and to TAILGATE!! The stadium itself is REALLY nice! They have a variety of seating options: seats, bleachers and lawn. We sat in the bleachers... In the direct sun... 80 degree day. Our side was in complete sun, the other side of the stadium was complete shade. After half time, we moved to the shaded side. - Due to the heat, there were misting tents around the concourse area which were quite refreshing! No handrails! Yikes! Walking up/down from "the nose bleed section" was a bit daunting for me. Hope no one takes a tumble because it's a looooooooong way down. The concession areas were SUPER packed. It seemed like the food vendors weren't capable of handling that many people. The lines were insanely long and trying to just walk through the concourse was difficult due to the lines stretching from one side to the other. Food prices seemed a little high. We didn't buy anything. I agree with another Yelper who mentioned bringing in an empty water bottle to save $. There seemed to be only one location for beer. A smallish fenced in area heavily guarded by security and police. It was PACKED and the line during halftime stretched a good 20 yards. No thanks. I'd be too claustrophobic to be packed in there. Now for my only MAJOR complaint. They do a bag check (NBD- I'm all for safety) and we had a diaper bag for our baby. Well, we had packed powdered formula along with 2 small bottles of (tepid) water to mix the formula with (our baby refuses to drink cold water). The security guard was like, "Well, you're only allowed to bring in 8oz since the game is only 2.5 hours." WHAT?!?! The stadium gets to dictate how much my baby is allowed to eat in a 2.5 hour period?? 8oz??? And who came up with that amount??? My 6mo. old can put down up to 12oz in a feeding. The security guard let us in with the contraband but said she wasn't supposed to. Ugh. So now we'll have to deal with this every time we come back. And come back we will! Can't wait for the next home game! Maybe college football will grow on me!
