Then she helps the guy and instead of helping me, she leaves and my lady still can't log on. I was wondering where the hidden camera was considering the total incompetence surely had to be a fake. I would think about changing to another…read morepharmacy except that we travel in our RV for extended periods of time and sometimes must use an out-of -state CVS to fill our prescriptions. That being said, I do not like to be ignored as I stand in line and wait while no one is at the counter ahead of me. The staff is always engaged in some other task and does not acknowledge that I am waiting. This has never happened at any of the other CVS stores I frequent. It makes me feels disrespected. I just feel I should be valued as a person regardless of how busy they are or how pressured they are to complete their current task. Am I being picky?
