Its was not there on Monday they it not know when they could get it days or weeks. They suggested I call Rite Aid. Rite Aid same problem they did not know when they could get it. I then went back to Optum who were going to ask CVS to transfer back to Optum. I have lived in other countries and had medical care, USA is the worse for medical care and the most expensive. Then I was told they wouldn't accept me as a patient unless my physician called them PRIOR to my even bringing a prescription into the pharmacy...which is NOT standard procedure. I ended up having to transfer all my medications to another pharmacy chain store. When I mentioned the trouble I had with this store, my pain management provider had their office manager call in and speak with the pharmacist. How about getting to know your customers and not make assumptions based off their medication list.

There was no one at the front counter so I went back to the pharmacy and waited. Another customer lined up behind me and we were both waiting. Neither the clerk on register at the pharmacy nor the two other personnel behind the counter said a word to me but the one on the register was making small talk with a gentleman ringing out his prescriptions, talking about a painting that was hanging on the wall for sale. I run a register part time and I try not to delay my customers by making small talk when there's a line.

During my most recent visit, she was rude, condescending, and dismissive toward me, while being noticeably friendly and accommodating to other customers right in front of me. This wasn't an isolated incident. She displayed the same lack of professionalism toward another member of my family during a separate visit. The pattern is concerning and suggests inconsistent -- and possibly biased -- customer service. Pharmacy staff should treat every customer with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location.

The old lady's there are nasty, they roll their eyes and give major attitude for simply asking a question about my medication. They dress completely inappropriately for a medical facility. Today I walked in with my husband, picking up a few prescriptions. They told me they wouldn't be able to fill my heart medication. I asked why, and she rolled her eyes and said she didn't know. I asked how I could go about switching my medications to a new pharmacy. She told me I needed to call them and figure it out. I said, "it's a real shame this pharmacy used to be really nice." The old lady Lisa came outside and screamed "Assholes!" At my husband and I in the parking lot. I even overheard workers gossip about patients, calling them "poor" when they're unable to meet their copays. I don't know what has happened, I don't know why the owner lost the employees that made Smartmed such a lovely pharmacy. The employees clearly are miserable and hate their jobs, making every request seem like a major inconvenience. I've since reported to the better businesses bureau as well.

I just started at this location and was very displeased. I had a prescription with one refill…read morestated on the bottle. It was filled the first time without a problem. I called to have the second dose prepared and it was not ready later that day. I was told the doctor had to approve it. It already had one refill on the label so it was approved. After 2 phone calls and another trip to the store I was told they were waiting on my insurance co. to approve it. It was filled once so???? There reply was we put it through Goodrx. OK so why did you not do it again? We figured you needed it the first time. Really??? I am a fairly easy going guy but just keep quiet and even admit you could have handled this in a better way. No they decided to argue with there customer. A little common courtesy goes a long way!

If we need a prescription, we usually have them called into here. There's nothing terribly convenient about the store: the parking lot is lumpy and not particularly easy to drive around in. The pharmacy, though convenient, is small. The store is well-stocked but the prices seem high. There is always at least one cashier and frequently two available. What makes this a four-star store? The people who work here are, without exception, friendly. Weis donuts rock. And Weis ice cream is terrific. The ice cream selection here is outstanding! Also, coffee seems to be on sale here for better prices than Giant and frequently wallys. Tonight, I stopped in for ice cream for our apple pie and Angel waited on me. As usual, like everyone else here, she was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Smiles and being pleasant go so far!
