Basic manners shouldn't be difficult considering time spent in the store plus time spent actually completing the purchase is an average of less than 5 minutes. If they can't even at least fake tolerate customers at the very least, it's a huge problem. I realize the climate in the country has could be better when it comes to race relations but this is ridiculous. It's every single time! Last time I was at this location I asked for directions because there was a construction detour on the same block as the speedway and the girl rudely said " I don't know the area" ok... you don't know how to get home from the gas station you work at? I was still polite and said " thanks anyway" then she left my stuff on the counter and walked away. I asked for a bag and she laid it on top of the Red Bull I bought and walked away, leaving me to reach across the counter to get it myself. Today when I was there, I saw a different employee working and I said " good morning " like I normally would and she said nothing at all. Then she rang the stuff up and stood there. I asked if it was ready for tap pay and she rudely pointed at the credit card screen and still said nothing. I paid and said "have a good day" and she still said nothing! This employee actually went through the entire process without saying a single word! It's honestly unacceptable. She smiled and interacted with the black customers so I know it was personal even though we never met before. If you don't want to deal with white people then fine but maybe don't get a job in a place where there's majority white people. I've never felt less welcome and I'm just not going to go back. There's better service at sheetz.

So I bring it up to the cashier who was on his phone, to show him and I had to repeat myself 3 times because he couldn't bother to hop off of his personal phone call for 2 seconds. I'd recommend only getting gas there, if anything. I wouldn't support this "local" business any more than that.

Love's was conveniently located off the Carlisle exit and they had the air pump well marked. However... charging $3 for someone to pump air... that bumped them to 3 stars! Let's face it... most modern gas stations give air away for free. We still filled up on gas and we still bought some snacks. It seems wild to overcharge or to charge at all for air.

As for cars trying to fill up there, but weary on Sunday nights. You will wait for a while to get your car filled up because everybody and their mom is also trying to fill up.
