Emily is the only one who would ever make sure everything was right for me. Calling in refills is dreadful because the aforementioned employees can not understand a thing over the phone. Recently I had my scripts sent to a different pharmacy because this place is so slow. Unfortunately they didn't take my insurance. I called and spoke directly to Jim. He assured me he would get the scripts transferred back. Eight days later and still no scripts. I actually stopped in Tuesday to see why and they do didn't have them. They didn't have a reason. Yesterday I called again and the man said they couldn't be transferred...but the controlled substance was...?!?! Finally I got in contact with my Nunda pharmacy and they are greatful for my business. Never again will I go into this God forsaken pLace.

I happen to work overnights, and ever since the Covid Era this pharmacy has had limited hours and staff. I used to be able to pick up my prescriptions before or after work - but not anymore. Now, they're closed when I wake up for work and they don't open until three hours after I get out of work. Because I am an adult with a life and other obligations: it is difficult for me to get to Walgreens to pick up my prescription at the very moment it is ready. I recently went into the pharmacy to pick up a script that the app said was ready and - they had cancelled it because I 'did not pick it up in time.' This is not the first time that this has happened to me. I promise I am not lazy, it is just impossible for me to get there the same day. If I have to wait a couple of days - screw me, I guess, because then the prescription has been cancelled and I have to wait 45+ minutes in the store for them to fill it again. On my most-recent trip, the cashier was...and I'm sorry to say this, but I didn't get her name...a hood-rat looking young woman. She had a bad dye job, too-dark makeup, and a nasty attitude. I'd ask her a question ('How long after a prescription is ready do you cancel if it it isn't picked up?') and she'd respond with rolled eyes and an unrelated question ('Did you wanna wait for it or nah?') She mumbled a lot, too: not just to herself but also while speaking to me. She was barely audible, except when I said: 'No, don't bother filling it, I'm not waiting,' and I turned to walk away. Then is when she SCREAMED: 'Well that was rude!!!' Oh, I was rude? For expecting to pick up my prescription that the app said was ready & waiting to be picked up? Alright, then. I filed a complaint about her on the Walgreens site. I moved my prescriptions elsewhere. This pharmacy is a joke. The app is annoying. You can either enable or disable notifications. If you don't enable notifications then you aren't notified when your prescriptions are ready. And a lot of times, you'll get a 'Your prescription is processing' notification, then a 'Your prescription is ready' notification immediately followed by a 'Your prescription is delayed' notification - and then no further notifications, so you have no idea whether your prescription is ready or or not unless you call the pharmacy. I've called the pharmacy - the typical wait time to speak to a live human (not even a pharmacist - just a cashier) is one hour. And If you do enable notifications then you will be notified when your prescriptions are ready BUT you'll also get notifications for when sunscreen is on sale, or what Memorial Day groceries deals are happening, and MORE notifications for every other item that is on sale.

When I got frustrated telling them that this is unprofessional and there is absolutely no excuse I was hung up on. A little friendly neighborhood family-owned pharmacy. These kinds of places have been largely run out of business by the likes of CVS and Walgreens and Rite Aid. It's really good to see that there are still a few left in business, and for that reason I would always give these guys my business over any of the major chains if possible.

When she got back I told her that I was sorry I got cash back. She proceeded to tell me she already gave me 10 dollars. She never gave me ten dollars she got upset and started yelling at me. She called the manager and still yelled when I told her it's 10 dollars I'll get it from the ATM and deal with it tomorrow. She ended up giving me the 10 dollars after yelling a bunch. Clearly on the video the manager can see what happened. I've never had a problem with any person from 711 this was ridiculous and should have never happened.

Service 5 Selection 5…read more Value 5 I came in looking for a prescription knee brace. The doctor prescribed a hinged brace for my torn meniscus. I didn't like the way that brace felt. Karen was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped me find a completely different brace which happened to be over-the-counter. And economical in price. Lucky me! I found much relief with this simple pull on knee brace. I've been using it since I left the store couple days ago. It has reduced my pain level and dysfunction. I really was impressed by the Customer Service and knowledge of the staff here. As well, I bought a shoe insert at the same time. And this too is helping my left foot quite a bit with a nerve and plantar fasciitis problem. I'd definitely go back here if needed.

My parents and I both walked in and were given our shots in minutes. The pharmacists were very nice and informative. They have delivery services for their clients too. They also carry lots of medical supplies and equipment. No complaints here.
