This Rite Aid is located right next door to SaveMart with plenty of parking available. What brought my husband and I to this location was that this Rite Aid has Amazon Lockers. We needed to make an order through Amazon and have it received at a locker and this location fit the bill. As soon as you walk inside, walk to your right and follow the perimeter of the store and you'll soon see them. It was easy for my husband to have the barcode scanned from his phone to get the locker to open. But the lady in front of us had trouble using the touch screen to try to get her package. Anyways, after we got our item, we decided to get some ice cream. We ended up getting: Double scoop of ice cream, $3.79- We opted to have this served in a bowl instead of a cone. We picked butter pecan and pistachio. The portion size of each scoop is pretty big and the ice cream was pretty good. What really surprised me is that for 2 large scoops, this was still cheaper than the single scoop that my husband and I had at Baskin Robbins the day before. You really can't beat good ol' Thrifty ice cream. But I do want to mention that you can't try a sample of the ice cream like you can at Baskin Robbins though. The one employee who helped us (he directed us to the Amazon Lockers when we first came in) with our ice cream was very nice and friendly. But the girl who initially helped us with the ice cream (and then switched places with this male employee for the register while he scooped up our ice cream) wasn't nearly as helpful or enthusiastic. Overall, we had a pretty positive experience and will definitely be back for some more ice cream in the near future. read more

I love Rite-aid because they are the only place in the area that you can get Thrifty's Ice Cream. I usually come here after going to Tony Pizza for dessert. I haven't been in the store in a while, but they have done a lot or remodeling and the store looks clean. The staff is always friendly when I walk in and I never had a problem here. read more

It's a clean store with a friendly staff yada yada yada. The main thing is this is the THE cheapest place for BEER. Their selection is pretty basic with only your domestics, mainstream imports, and micros. That said it's the first place I have seen Budweiser American Ale (not bad...kind of like ale for newbies). So as long you can stand the Banquet Beer and the Champagne of Beers, price makes this place special. I'm talking like $6.99 sale price for Miller High Life. We woke up early (well, early for a Sunday anyway) and the boyfriend was craving Gelato! We threw on some clothes to head downtown but were thwarted by that evil street faire! Anyway, we decided to check out Rite Aid and grab some of that old fashioned Thrifty Ice Cream we both used to love as kids as an alternative... SO glad we stopped by! I haven't been inside this store in years. It is completely redone; modern, bright, clean and welcoming...so much, in fact, that we wandered around and found some AMAZING deals when we weren't even there to shop. We ended up filling an entire cart! After taking the bags out to the car we came right back inside for that ice cream and it was just a delicious s we remember! The best part though was Stephen, the employee helping us. He was funny, obliging and really made our morning! I don't know what to rave about most, the incredible customer service or the great prices! Either way, we will be making this store a regular on our list! read more

This review is specific to the pharmacy. I have been a Rite Aid customer for a long time, and this pharmacy is definitely an example of why I keep giving my business to the company. My prescriptions are always done on time, and sometimes earlier than quoted. Sometimes I get a new prescription and have to get a consult. The pharmacist, Shirley, is always very knowledgeable, as well as patient when I ask questions. Even when the line is long, the pharmacy team is quick and efficient, and gets the customers taken care of quickly. People are always quick to provide feedback when things go wrong, but this is an example of a pharmacy that is doing things right! read more

In desperate need of a decongestant! The pharmacist behind the counter was not the most friendly. Had a simple question about what I should or shouldn't buy. Maybe it is the fluorescent lighting... maybe it's the retail environment, ...but this guy is not happy to be here. I came in 15 minutes before close to get two items. The manager did not offer to assist me to find the items but proceeded to pressure me out of the store. On her third attempt (7 minutes to close) "you need to check out." She was very rude and unprofessional with her tone of voice. (Middle age lady with long dark hair). This is a nice drugstore; complete with pharmacy, old school Thrifty Ice Cream store and friendly staff. I'm deducting 1 star because of the blood pressure machine. It gave me a reading of 160/100 and yes I used it correctly. So I rush to my doctors office and it was a near perfect 121/81 (May I add I was stressed out when I got the latter reading. I know it's a free public service, and they mean well but maybe calibrate it more often. I ordered a good one on Amazon since for obvious reasons. You stressed this older man out! read more

I have been going to this Rite Aid for years now to fill my prescriptions. It has always been nice customer service, but the last few times I went in the pharmacy department the workers have been very rude. I've been a regular customer at this location for years now but as of lately Im thinking of doing business elsewhere. I say this because my last 4 visits i have been followed around the store the minute i walk in as if im a career thief. Tonight (the 4th visit) i was again followed around and then abruptly and rudely asked by the disappointment of an employee (older short female) "what did you do with the bbq lighter you picked up" ...."EXCUSE ME!!!!! You lil ho-bitch" i was thinking not saying... I quickly calmed myself and told her that i never touched a bbq lighter but i had picked up a hammer and then sat it back down when i saw the ungodly $7 price tag. To which i was grilled about what i had in my hand when i walked around to the next isle as if my explanation was not worthy of acceptance when in all reality she should have been already amidst an apology. The look on this broads face when i said "my cell phone that i put in my pocket" was priceless.. Needless to say i dont think i'll be back for a 5th uncomfortable and embarrassing visit. read more

Because we live in Stockton and my doctor is in Lodi we often will fill our prescriptions at where ever it's convenient. Well the pharmacist there has just accused me of trying to use "multiple" pharmacies to get my prescription. He assumes that I am either up to no good or trying to cheat the system. This isn't the first that he has been more than rude to me. The girls who work the counter are great and very friendly. The pharmacist on the other hand is extremely rude and has zero customer service skills. My suggestion is to find another pharmacy all together. read more
