Long lines, staff ignores you and looks away. The male person who works behind the consultation counter is rude (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name). He tries to dismiss you right away. He rushes you, keeps looking at his cellphone and doesn't make an effort to assist with pricing. Whomever is in charge of this pharmacy, your staff needs to be re-trained overall on how to do proper customer service. A lot of people have questions regarding their medication, most especially pricing. No need to get snippy or rush us. If you're not happy there or can't treat customers the professional way, you are NOT the right person for that job!

They have…read morealways had very long wait times via phone , but this time I called 4 times and waited on hold over 10 mins just to be hung up on each time by the automated system " experiencing issues" When the associate answered your phone to place me on hold, I couldn't even get a word out before the placed me on hold again. One time I was there and the driver window waiting for my prescription and a lady pulled up the lane next to me and I could hear her screaming at the associate that she tried to call them several times and couldn't get a hold of anybody to verify that her daughter could get her medication so she had to drive down there but now I'm looking back. I can see why the lady was so angry and yelling. It's very frustrating to not receive adequate customer service. I explained that I just spoke to a physician, but they would ring up the RX. I insisted to pay but they still would not ring the sale up. They were very unprofessional, who made them physicians? They no nothing about my hospital emergency, symptoms, or history. I was handed my prescriptions along with the receipt all crumbled together, this is really disturbing. Unfortunately, I was unable to get her name because her badge was worn near the bottom of her shirt and not visible. Her demeanor was snappy and dismissive. When I mentioned I had a manufacturer's coupon, she responded condescendingly and questioned whether I knew it had to be registered, which it already was. After showing her, she abruptly directed me to drop-off. In contrast, Charles at drop-off was welcoming, respectful, and took the time to explain alternative options for the cost as the manufacturers coupon was unable to be used. Thank you, Charles.

We stood in the self check out, waiting for him to give it to us so we can cash out and leave. He proceeds to talk to his coworker about an NBA game happening tonight, while we were staring at him. When we asked him where's our face serum? A female worker walks by and says "I'm looking for it" in a very rude way. I'm confused because the guy talking about the NBA game literally has it. He also said "yeah, she's looking for it" but we kept saying "you have it in your hand. That's what she's looking for." Then he says "oh... here". My fiancé had to tell him to tell the female worker to stop looking because he had it. Then he says, "oh yeah... hey..." Ridiculous. Our items ended up beeping at the front entrance because the security tag was still on the skirt I bought. We went back to ask the Target employees to take it off, but they asked me "what can we help you with?" Did the not see us alert the front entrance? She checked my receipt, then took off the tag. When I told her to keep the clothes hanger, she made me put it back instead of taking it for me. It's all the tiny things adding up, that had made this a frustrating target trip. These workers don't seem to care about customer service at all. They are distracted, rude, and carefree. If I don't need to come here, the I won't be visiting.

I have been a customer here since it was Target pharmacy. I have generally been happy until the…read morelast month. After a poor experience with a new pharmacist, I wrote a negative review. On my next visit, the head pharmacist decided to speak to me about it. Instead of apologizing for my experience he defended his employee and CVS. Not once did he acknowledge my opinion and experience. He told me when he first read it, he figured the customer was "just acting out of anger" until he learned it was me. Get that last point? He initially tried to blow off the survey. Just like he was defending the employee! By the way, he did not even speak to this employee. So far, two strikes. So the lesson to be learned is if you fill out a survey it means nothing to them. The customer is "always wrong"! How things have changed!
