Gave me meds for a different patient. When I noticed as I walked out of store, I immediately brought to their attention. They didn't apologize, and blamed me for it. They also wouldn't take it back (like maybe I magically altered the Med somehow that fast?). They also wouldn't refund me, and pushed the medication that wasn't mine at me. Very unethical and unprofessional. Will NEVER get medication filled here Owner, Pam gives a generic response of concern asking the complainant to contact thru Twitter (I don't twit), or an 800 number, etc. just basically lame. Just wants a "concerned" response to any negative feedback instead of actually fixing the issue(s). *I fixed it myself. I won't get any medication here. Thank you! read more

This has to be the worst place that you can go for meds....I have been in three times and been shorted or been told that they did not have my medications and had to order them only after being told that my order was complete No communication or advisory that my order was not complete in full. I will be going elsewhere for my orders from now on! I would not advise anyone use this pharmacy if you require life saving medication. They may get it wrong and or not tell you they were missing part of your meds until you were home and in need! read more

Really bad. My dentist has called in prescriptions twice that they didn't fill. In major pain and they still said they didn't have them. Then they look in computer and prescriptions were there. Very unreliable. Then had to wait an hour in pain because they can't fill them quickly? Never again. read more

Nothing too special, they have what you need at average prices. The staff seem pretty laid back, which is fine. Basically everything was average, the customer service is average, the selection is average, the store set up is average. Nothing really stands out except that their restrooms are kind of hard to find if it's your first time in the store. However, they will most likely have what you need. Still, maybe after you go here you should check out the Bistro in the same parking lot and get something special. read more

This Rite Aide is horrible. I have 2 prescriptions that i have to have. The reason i amsaying this is yesterday i went to the rite aide in Ukiah to pick up Lantus. My Dr did not put in refills. So long storey short they gave me 3 days worth 1 pen. Ok it was the very next day i get a notification my lantus is ready. Sovi go to the Rite Aide in Willits. I figure no prob . I go to pharmacy let the gal no why i am there only to be told that i have to gk back to Willits to get my medicine. I say no i dont thsts 22 miles away? I then vet told i have 3 days worth and they have to wait until my insurance pays for it before i can get a refill anyhow. I say whatever and leave. I have never heard of such a thing. I needed some redbull for my long drive up to Eureka and since 101 goes around willits now I had to get off the exit and drive into town. Luckily they had the redbull I was looking for. About $3 more than what I'm used to paying but that's what happens when you are so remote. The employees were friendly and there was no in there since it was just 8am and it had just opened. It's not too far off the freeway so it's a quick stop if you need to get anything for a long drive. read more

I've been going to Rite Aid for years, lived in a different town and was missing several pills from my pain meds prescription twice, ever since then I request that the pharmacist either count my pills in front of me or allow me to count them while an employee observes. A few years before this I went to a Walmart pharmacy and there were THIRTEEN PILLS MISSING. Recently moved to Willits, CA. The past two months the same pharmacist has waited on me and I have requested my pills to be counted. They were not busy either time, I was the only customer in line. In September he complained about counting my meds even though I explained to him why, it's for my protection and for his in case there are missing pills. In October he was incredibly rude again! He insulted me and accused me of lying. He kicked me out of the pharmacy and said go ahead and get the manager! So I did. As I walked away I started crying because I was so shocked at how cruel and mean he was to me. I had asked him so politely and said please and thank you. I don't know why he was so hurtful. I have very bad anxiety which he knows because he fills my prescriptions! I don't deal well with confrontation and I felt very upset and hurt. I went to the front and asked for the manager, her name was Ember. I could barely speak because I was crying and she didn't even offer me a tissue. I was wearing a mask of course. She didn't do much to help other than give me the business card for the regional manager named Juanita. I tried calling her twice but she never called me back so I decided to call the customer service number. I have talked to them 3-4 times now but NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. In fact the woman on the phone said they had tried to call me on certain dates. I double checked on my phone history but they certainly did not call me. So not only are they ignoring my complaint but they are lying now too. This is getting ridiculous. I love Rite Aid. It's one of my favorite stores but now I'm too afraid and embarrassed to shop there. I have to get my prescription again soon and I'm afraid the pharmacist will be rude and hurtful and argue with me again. This is not ok and not fair treatment of someone who has been a customer for years! read more

Apparently they will not fill you prescription 10 minutes before they close. The guy behind the counter then told me Ukiah's Walgreens pharmacy was 24 hours to get me out of his hair. Drove down to Ukiah in complete pain just to find out the sloppy looking red head behind the counter lied... read more

The woman that helped us was a real bitch!!! She should not be working with the public. We wanted ice cream in a cone, got it finally. She had a real attitude with us. Didn't even thank us buying our ice cream. If I was the boss there and saw what she did I would fire her o the spot . Manager should . read more

This store always has friendly staff and a clean store. But more important than that..they are very honest. I once lost $200 and an employee found it and turned it in. Then today (I know, I know..learn my lesson already!) I accidentally left a cred. card with $100 on it there. Again..an employee turned it in. I am really grateful for these actions. Very very happy with this store. read more

Niko was an awesome pharmacy technician who really went above and beyond to help me. I don't usually use this pharmacy but would be willing to come back. I will stick to Rite Aid now for sure! read more

I can always find what I need very easily and the employees are very nice and quick to help.

HQ has straightened this out (again) and the pharmacist at RA has called to confirm that they WILL pre-order their stocks for me, so we'll see if this holds. I think HQ should get 5 stars, but I'm going conservatively on the RA Willits store for now. What a battle! However, if YOU experience this problem from the Willits RA pharmacy, DO yelp it, because HQ will contact you and fix the problem if possible. The RA HQ must watch these ratings closely... Be a responsible consumer, and help improve service, by Yelping FOUL when necessary. It's effective, and we're all in this together. read more
