I got a full set (Gel-X) by Bianca. I love how it turned out. She was very sweet and nice. The manager was super friendly and even offered me a mimosa to drink while I got my nails done. Great service. By the way I recommend making an appointment because not all nail techs know how to do every service.

Absolutely love Ritz Nails! The salon is always so clean, bright, and welcoming. Every time I come in, they pay such close attention to the little details and never rush through my appointment. Whether I'm getting a classic look or something a bit more intricate, my nails always turn out flawlessly dainty and perfect. Such a gem right here in Yorba Linda!

Dipping powder Great job. I like my nails very short & I get just what I ask for without complaints. I had a long vacation with 51 scuba dives & 10 days touring. My nails were done on the 13th of September and I just got them done today. October 21! Granted they were super grown out but they held up! Amazing service from beginning to end! I stopped going to my last location because they would only do gel x and it was not working out for me. I found Ritz and had a wonderful first experience. Rachel did my nails and was so kind and pleasant. She was patient and sweet. I showed a photo of the style and she shaped the nails to how I asked. I requested a full set and they look the best that I've had in a long time! Nini did my pedicure and it was also great! Sometimes there's some anxiety because you're not sure if it will be harsh or hurt, but I practically could have fallen asleep. She took plenty of care in her work and was careful and gentle. Check in was easy. All of the staff were very welcoming. The spa is beautiful and clean inside as well. Prices are average-I felt what I paid was well worth it. Extremely happy with all of my services.

I gave it a one because it's right next to Avalon bagels. Also the fact they were open until 6 PM and they made me an appointment. Realizing that they really did not want to take someone at that time and the gal was snooty and not warm or friendly with me or my daughter. We were looking for a new place and we thought the reviews looked pretty good but the minute we sat down, she was snapping at one of the employees and being very disrespectful. It was uncomfortable to hear her make comments about Their own colleagues working with each other. The environment was not friendly. I think the only reason they lightened up a little was because they saw that we were a bit annoyed. They close at seven and at 7:05 to go ask me to pay because they close at 7 o'clock. I had to respond by telling her of course I'll pay, but my nails were wet and she had not finished painting them yet. This place is really not very relaxing and some people love it and some people hate it. I definitely won't go back with my daughter. Every time we wanted something they wanted to remind her how much it cost but yet we had a menu right in front of us to tell us how much it cost already. It was like they were trying to talk us out of it because it was 6 o'clock. They should never have taken us that late if they did not want to do the job. We're good paying customers and we tip very well. Definitely not on this day! read more

I'm new to the area and have been looking for a nail shop to make my main. I think Ritz Nails is it! Staff is very friendly and attentive to your nail needs and even offers beverages it just gives that comfy type of vibe. Ivy did my nails and did a fantastic job cleaning up my nails and designing them for the Easter weekend! I didn't get the other girls name who did my pedicure but she was excellent as well. I came in for a pedicure service and loved it! The salon is clean, the nail techs are friendly and gave a great pedicure. They took their time and were very thorough and I feel refreshed! I called for an appointment and they told me nothing is available. They called me back to book me for a cancellation and assured me that they can get me in on time so I can make it to my next appointment. I went out of my way to get here quickly and they just made me sit here. I had to leave because I was going to miss my next appointment. Terrible customer service read more

This is a long overdue review because I always forget to do it . . . until now. I couldn't find a nail salon in my own hometown that offers the wonderful service I get monthly at Ritz nails for the last year since finding this gem. Everyone is friendly and does a really good job. The manager really takes pride in accommodating you. She runs a smooth and relaxing and friendly atmosphere. She also takes her time to personally greet you (and really does a great job at remembering your name) and offers you beverages if your tech is busy getting you prepared for your services. If you have happen to have a concern she will listen to you and fairly address your concern without an attitude. My only complaint is I wish this place was closer to my house (but worth the drive). read more

We took my grandma to Ritz Nails in Yorba Linda for her birthday today. They made us feel like queens and were so friendly. It was such an amazing and relaxing experience. My grandma thoroughly enjoyed how much they pampered her. The complimentary drinks were such a nice touch too. Shout out to Helen for my pedicure and little therapy session. She's a gem! My sister gushed about her pedicurist as well but I didn't catch her name. My sister loved how thorough the callous removal was. Go Ritz! It was our first time but definitely not our last. My last pedicure was not good - very disappointed. I told the technician that I'm a diabetic and I can't have any cuts or anything that breaks my skin. She ends up digging too deep with her cuticle trimmers and she cuts me - causes a lot of pain initially. Then two days later my toe gets infected. She also scrubbed the instep of my right foot too much and broke the skin. It took forever to heal. This is why when I say I am a diabetic and can't have any cuts on my feet that I expect extra care to be taken. Second, the time before this, my pedicure lasted 2.5 months (Helen is great!) and this time, it was barely a month and my toe nails are growing out funny. I will never use this technician again. She is not good. She works in haste and is not careful. If I go to your salon again, I'd only go to Helen - she is wonderful! read more

Once again we had a great experience at Ritz! The ladies that work here are always kind and professional. I took my future SIL to get her nails done for her Bridal Shower and they turned out so cute! When I got up out of the chair I hit my toes on the chair and smudged the polish and they fixed it right away no complaining I've been to a lot of salons and this place is by far my favorite thanks to the lovely atmosphere and even lovelier employees read more

I have been coming here for 4 times . I did gel pedicure. The lady did my pedicure, she took off so much cuticles from toe nail and got bleeding on both of my feet. I was keep saying It was so hurt and she didn't care. The lines are smeared and uneven. It's still hurt now. It was worst experience. read more

Every visit starts with me wondering why I do this to myself and ends with me feeling like a silky dolphin. She has the audacity to be hilarious while committing acts of violence with hot wax, so I spend the entire appointment laughing one second and questioning my life choices the next. She's fast, meticulous, and somehow makes one of the most awkward beauty appointments feel like catching up with your funniest friend. If my screams concern you, don't worry--they're temporary. The results are worth every dramatic "I HATE YOU!" I yell. 10/10. Would willingly let this woman assault my body with wax again.

As I was driving down YL Blvd a few mornings ago,the Blush sign caught my eye. I did a quick Yelp search, saw all the stars and called the shop. I asked if they were taking new clients, and the lady who answered the phone said Yes, and that I could get in right then if I wanted. I was so happy and a wonderful lady named Terry gave me the best haircut I have had in forever! After a brief consultation, She knew exactly how to cut and style my hair and I walked out feeling like a New Woman ! Terry is a literal answer to prayer. Next week I am going to get my nails done there at her recommendation and I am super excited about that!

When they explained the services they wanted, the staff seemed noticeably less interested once they realized there wasn't a pedicure included. They were told there would be a 20-minute wait. A short time later, another customer walked in and requested multiple services. She was taken immediately, while my mom and niece continued to wait. Whether intentional or not, it came across as rude and as though customers requesting smaller services were treated as less important. Unfortunately, it left a very negative impression.

i had a horrible experience here!!! Its day 2 of having got my nails done at this place- i came a hour before closing time & they said they had time to do my nails & they were SO rushed!! they used a drill on my feet which was not necessary at all & i now have a foot infection due to not cleaning the tools properly. my toes are still burning 2 days after the pedicure. & my acrylic manicure popped off the day of. & I am already missing a bunch of nails - feels like press ons but they are acrylics! Total waste of money.. & they made me pay as i was still getting my nails done & had my friend reach in my purse to pay for me. soooo rushed - don't go here. was painful when should have been peaceful. Also over priced. they will over charge.. could have went to the ritz Carlton for a luxury mani- pedi for what the charged!!! never going back. read more

Today I went t to Ritz Nails in Brea and was planning on having new acrylic nails filled in. Nini instead talked me into getting "dip gel" on my nails‼ I was and am still loving the new look!
