They are also superb at explaining beforehand anything they discover that could use repair. My most recent visit was especially great: I brought my sons's car in, and LTP was able to help him obtain an E-check waiver. LTP noticed that the Left Rear Control Arm was failing. When Rich called to inform me, I chose to put it off. After I paid for the services performed, Rich informed me that "the Control Arm was still under warranty," and they replaced it free of charge, as it was a safety issue. I've had that experience at other independent shops, at the bigger chains, and at dealerships. Tried them all. The White family is different. They listen to what you are really saying. They take time to diagnose the issue instead of throwing parts. They know what a torque wrench is, why it's important, and they USE IT!
