Highly recommended! We had our patio slider replaced. Vadim came out to inspect the old slider and was very clear on what the process was and what materials were going to be used. Luckily they had a door the same size we needed in stock and were able to schedule installation the very next week. Vadim and Mike came over to install the slider. They hauled away the old door and cleaned up the area very thoroughly. The whole install took about 3 hours, as was expected. One of the rollers on the new door was faulty (manufacturers fault, not these guys). Vadim and Mike came back out the next business day to replace the roller, even though they were already paid in full. We are very happy with their workmanship and customer service. Needed a new bedroom window. Owner came out, gave me a quote and said it might be about 3 weeks. Window was ready in about a week and a half. He told me it would take about 2 hours to install. Daniel and David arrived on schedule and had the window installed in and hour and 10 minutes. Over time the single pane aluminum sliding windows got harder and harder to open and close and they just looked terrible. We got a number of bids, but River City Windows stood out above the rest and that was primarily due to the nice folks working there. Mike came out and measured our windows and then he explained the various options we had available for our situation and the different types of installation. He explained things in simple terms a normal person could understand and didn't try to dazzle us with the old heat lamp demo routine. No need to reinvent glowing reviews. They are a 5-star company in everything they do - communication, product knowledge, professionalism, installation, and they wore masks without me having to ask. My mom was here supervising the install while I took my kid out of the house, and she said it was the best craftsmanship she'd ever seen. Wow, what can I say about River City Windows... I had two sliding glass doors replaced at my house because my son threw a dart through one and they were old so I replace both. I went around to several contractors that specialized in window installation as well as Home Depot and Lowes. First I was just going to have the glass replaced but that was about what a new one would cost. I tried calling several people called but they did not show up to my house. River City called and came out and provided a quote and he suggested Milgard Artison as the manufacture, even with the top of the line product he was by far less expensive than anyone I talked to.
