We love that their treats and baked goods are made in-house. They have something for all dogs, whether they have food allergies or older dogs who need something softer to chew. I know these treats are for dogs, but the place smelled soooo good! They have treats in all sizes for small, medium, and large dogs. I have 2 small, senior dogs, so I tried to pick treats that wouldn't be too difficult to eat. At the register, you can watch the owner and employees make the treats. I absolutely love this place. Every year for my pups bdays I go get them a small little dog birthday cake. They customize it and put your pups name on it. They have several different sizes if you are looking for a larger cake they definitely have them. They have so many cool dog toys and accessories in here. All of the stuff they carry they make sure is not a hazard to the dog, and environmentally safe. I've bought some super cute dog Bandanas and dog scarves that are insect repellent, so cool. They also have a large variety of dog treats and different dog foods. For warmer weather days they have dog life jackets and they also have a great selection of leashes, harnesses and collars. If you are an animal lover like I am, and want to spoil your pets a bit, then go check this place out because there isn't anything like it in the neighborhood. So glad I found this place! The guy that helped me was really friendly and explained the homemade treats in their glass case. They freshly bake them there and all of them look and smell delicious. They also have cakes available for your furry friend's special day! Just order a couple days in advance. I wanted to share my story about my dog Mason and how Dr. Cross completely saved his life. I can't say enough good things about her and I tell everyone about how wonderful she is. I carried Mason into our first appointment because he couldn't walk (he has disc disease) and I'm not joking, when I picked him up later that day, he ran to the car. I cried so many happy tears that night because she saved my best friend! My current vet had the worst bedside manner and told me my options were a very expensive and risky surgery or have him put to sleep. She completely dismissed any holistic options I suggested and told me they didn't work. I couldn't stomach the thought of putting him to sleep, or having a surgery that he might not even survive. I am so glad I trusted my gut and found Dr. Cross. I can't imagine life without Mason. Dr. Cross did laser therapy and acupuncture on Mason and he responded so well! I was so disappointed with this bakery. I had read the reviews and was excited, too bad they failed to deliver. I went by and they didn't carry the specific kibble I was looking for. She assured me they would order both types and keep them in stock so I could get the bags monthly for my dogs. I went by there today (a month later) and found that they never ordered the kibble. I had also given them my name and phone number to call in case there was an issue with getting the kibble but they never bothered to call. Horrible customer service, if you make a promise to a customer you should follow through. Will not return and definitely do not recommend. read more

Such a wonderful welcoming place. When you walk in you are greeted by the most delicious aromas and kindest smiles and hellos. The people there are so helpful and friendly. The bakery treats are so fresh, and the ingredients so good, my husband even gives them a taste! When we are not in Knoxville and our friends Cathey and Mark send a care package, our Airedale knows there is something really special in there for her as soon as I bring the package in the house. I have a Persian kitten and he loved the tuna puffs! They make organic dog treats as well ..couldn't believe how cool the cakes were the lady even told me she could make my lambchop one!!!
