I didn't catch the name of the man who helped us at that time but he was very nice and patient. We both ordered the California Monte Cristo sausage and he took care to make sure both were assembled well. The sausage itself was good. It has a good snap to the skin and it has a good flavor to it. You can choose between mild or spicy pork sausage but I would recommend the spicy one because the flavors were really good. There is a slight heat but it's nothing terrible, I assure you. I liked the sauerkraut that came with the sausage but not really the jalapeño jam. They actually used sweet chili sauce so I felt a little misled. The overall flavors together were not that bad though. I wish the bun had been toasted but it was fine as it was. If you pay an extra dollar (or so) you can get a bag of chips and a can of soda.
