I received a mani pedi on Saturday from Tony. When I got home, I noticed that the polish (same color) on both my nails and toes had noticeable bubbles. It was worse on my nails. I called the store and they said to come back and they would fix it. When I arrived back (25 minutes both ways), they tried to tell me it was the polish I choose that had "texture". I told them I didn't want bubbles. A different technician found a similar color and redid my fingernails...perfectly. However, they treated me like I was at fault for the issue and begrudgingly redid my fingernails. No offer to redo my toenails...the "bubbles" remain...good thing noone looks closely at my toes. I looked up the color (Chiffon-d of You) and here is what I found: No, OPI Chiffon-d of You does not have a bubble or sandy texture. It is a classic shimmer finish polish. ​When applied, it should be smooth to the touch, featuring a sheer, metallic-pink pearl effect. If you are seeing a "bubble" texture, it is likely due to one of a few application issues rather than the polish formula itself: ​Shaking the bottle: Shaking instead of rolling the bottle can trap air bubbles in the lacquer. ​Thick layers: Applying coats that are too heavy can trap solvents as they try to evaporate, creating tiny bubbles. Customer service was very good but it was unfortunate that I paid 77$ for dip French tip and it was very bubbly and after a week began to start chipping and peeling at the base. read more

I meet with my best friend here 2-3 times a month for manis and pedis and it's the best salon in the area. Savy is an artist! And she's very popular so book online well in advance. The staff is super friendly and very thoughtful and you just feel so happy and refreshed when you leave. There is always soft relaxing music playing and the whole vibe is very happy and tranquil. This time I needed to get a pedicure but wasn't sure where to go, so I asked Tony if he does pedicures and manicures as well! My appointment was today and without surprise Tony did a phenomenal job! I got the "Keyano Pedicure" As soon as I sat down, he immediately offered me something to drink! He was very gentle, he took his time, and my nails turned out fantastic! I had been having a rough day and my mom knew it. She came home and suggested looking for a spa that participates in the spa finder gift card she had and we stumbled upon river falls. I called and they said they could take us in if we got there soon. We headed over and were greeted warmly. We picked our colors and headed to the pedicure area. The area was calm and relaxing. We sat down and Tiffany and Lynn came over to greet us. Mom got the basic pedicure and I got the callous pedicure. We were served a glass of wine and some crackers and grapes which was lovely. Our pedicures were amazing and even included a free hot towel treatment and parafin wax treatment, which was the promotion that month. Overall we were extremely happy with our pedicures and this is the place I will go from now on for my nails. Thank you for turning my bad day into a great day! read more

My pedicure was fine, better than most places. They were very attentive. However, my technician did not ask what type of pedi I wanted and without my knowledge, gave me one that was an extra $15. I mentioned this to the girl at the desk when I went to pay, twice, and she charged me the incorrect price, saying she couldn't do anything about it. Let me start off by saying that you get what you pay for here! I walked in and was kindly received at the front desk. I was talked through the different options available for mani/pedi. I was then escorted to a semi private room sectioned off with curtains for each customers privacy. The chairs at modern, lights dim, and sterile tools are used. Chandeliers hang down and beautiful classical music played in the background. My pedicure was truly exceptional. I have never had a more confusing pedicure in my life. To begin with the salon was so cold I could see my breath and had to keep asking for hotter water. I should have known the pedicure was going to go wrong Based on the way The technician tried to remove the gel Polish and the inexperienced shaping in fumbling of the toenail file...I continued with the service because my feet were i need of a spa treatment. To my surprise the massage was amazing! so amazing infact that I completely didn't realize that there was no buffing or filing to the bottom of my feet which was the entire purpose of my visit to the salon.  I mentioned that to technician and he apologized and quickly buffed and filed my feet but at this point the Polish and LOTION had already been put on so it really made no sense and was counter productive. NOW I have DRY dusty feet worse than when I arrived..but I was so cold that I just wanted to get out of there. I have not mentioned the techs name because he really was sweet and kind, but that was arguably the worst pedi I've ever had but the best massage which is why this is the most confusing pedicure I've ever had. I am disappointed that I've wasted money and still have to get another pedi so that my dry winter feet don't rip the sheets. I will mention that this is my 1st time going to this salon. I get pedi every 4 weeks but my normal girl is out of town. So its not like my feet were so far gone that the tech couldn't remove the dry skin. This was just POOR technique or maybe he too was FREEZING and was off his game. Either way I am very disappointed and have wasted my money and time. I hope they get the heat fixed, maybe id have inspected my feet before I left if I wasn't trying to get to my care and get warm.. Overall just not a good experience. WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!!!! I came here today already having a bad day hoping to be cheered up by getting my nails done.. Vivian (the lady that did my nails) did a terrible job, I wanted a glow in the dark ombré and they said i could do it and charged me extra but i went into the bathroom and they weren't glow in the dark.. they scammed me and also not even that, the shape is so bad, she cut me multiple times the top of my thumb is split and burns so bad. If I could give this place a -100000 rating i would, my mom and I waited around 30 minutes to get assisted and hers look just as bad as mine do. I was charged almost $70 for these terrible nails, very uneven. If you come to get your nails done here.. good luck Im warning you now you won't be satisfied with your results. read more

I have waited a LONG time to get anything done to my hair because of cost and also being nervous to try a place since I moved away from my last salon. A Groupon offer popped up in my email this week that was just too good to pass up! A cut, shampoo, and full foil highlight for only $75 (seriously that's less than half price) so it was an amazing deal and I jumped on it! I was nervous to see what my groupon would get me, but I was totally blown away by the service I received and the quality of their work! I LOVE my cut and color. My stylist was Dawn and she took much time to look at pictures and ask questions during our consult to make sure she would give me the exact look and style that I wanted. She took her time and is super thorough in the details. She's extremely knowledgable and talented at what she does. The salon itself is clean and stylishly decorated on the inside, and all the staff I interacted with were courteous and friendly. They offer complimentary beverages during your visit as well which is a great touch. Overall I am so pleased with the deal I got on this groupon and the service I received from Dawn! While their normal prices are a little high, I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for quality service and style! read more

I love this place for pedicures. Seriously love it. They have so many different ones to choose from, and when my feet need a little pampering, I have yet to find a place I like better in the Woodbridge area. They are almost always running some sort of special. If you don't want the scrub (I usually don't), they will substitute something else, and they have good technique for the massage portion of the services. Additionally, they never roll their eyes when my feet are a little dry or cracked - and I'll be honest, they are a lot of the time I go in! They do a beautiful french pedicure look. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! Its new and they offer you snacks and drinks...walk ins are welcome. They are very welcoming and I felt so comfortable there. I noticed they treat everyone (no matter the age, race or sex) the same. A really nice lady named Katie did my nails. And she did a wonderful job! Other nail salons I've gone to the people speak to each other in their language and conversations with customers are kept to a minimum. But she told me they only speak English there because it is rude to customers who might think they are talking about them. When she said that, I was sold. This is my new nail place! There was a groupon deal for a OPI Shellac Mani & milk and honey Pedi for $39! For that price, it was definitely worth a try! I was able to make a same day appointment,although, they do welcome walk-ins. Waited less than 5 minutes before I was brought back. The pedicure area was clean, w/ ambient lighting and a television visible, w/ the volume off, and music playing in the background. My nail tech was Vy. She was very courteous. The best part was the foot/ leg scrub and massage. It was just great! nothing too special with the mani. They were pretty busy, but Vy took her time and not once did i feel like she was rushing.
