I regularly get my toes done. I have never had such a low quality experience before. The lady doing my pedicure was extremely unprofessional. I asked her to be more gentle because she cut my toes multiple times when cutting cuticles. She did not care. I was in the salon for 2 hours for a regular polish pedicure, I came in with nothing on my nails. Throughout my time at the salon my nail tech kept stopping to FaceTime someone and was constantly stopping to be on her phone. She would get up to go eat and not wash her hands or use gloves. Just overall felt uncomfortable, unsanitary, and unprofessional. I would not recommend if you are looking for a relaxing environment. read more

I have been here twice, and so far they have done an impeccable job each time. I always get dip nails. Both times coming in, I was sat and attended to quickly. I had a different nail tech each time and they both provided similar, great service. Pros of coming here: They never rush me while I pick out my color. My nails are never curved after coming here -- they get the tips perfectly straight. They are polite, friendly, and welcoming, but don't talk to me much during the appointment. This is ideal for me; I'm pretty introverted and prefer to sit quietly during my nail appointments. They check in periodically to make sure I like the shape, length etc of my nails. They are always careful not to cut me with the drill. They are EXTREMELY attentive when drilling/filing the nails and get the nails shaped into a very natural appearance which is huge for me. Sometimes with dip nails, the powder gets built up too high and looks bulky when viewed from the side. Most recently, I noticed one nail was not filed down exactly like the rest and my tech was very understanding and happy to correct it, which she did wonderfully. I like what they play on the tv -- last time it was season 2 of Bridgerton, this time it was one of the Ip Man movies (not sure which one). They play the tv silently, with subtitles. read more

I had a terrible experience. Asked for an ombre with green acrylic nail full set. I asked the person to redo it a couple times before he had an attitude. I can not stress this enough if you can't do something then just say it. Additionally, on multiple occasions I had to take the mail file and fix the corners myself. After a while it was just frustrating, the kicker is this person tried to charge me $15 on top of the $65 to trim my cuticles. I do not recommend. Not sure I will be coming back here because the nail technician was a little too rough on how she did my pedicure. Seem like she had an attitude and was handling my feet like I was some linebacker or something! Just kind of pushing me feet away and they charge an extra $10 for callus removal. Other places I've been either it was included in the price or maybe $5. Eyes brows was nice she did a great job so I will definitely come back to get them done. I get a refill with 2 nail fixes and I asked for French tip as well as gave the man doing my nails a reference picture of what style I wanted. I showed him the picture before he did my nails and he said he could do it. I think my nail shaping was nice and clean, all my nails are perfect squares, but the polish looks real bad. I tried to have him fix some but he was in a rush so idk. I paid 55. 40 for a refill, 10 for 2 broken nails, and 10 for French tip but the man gave me 5 dollars off. I am thoroughly happy with the way my nail experience went! I called on a Sunday at 4 o'clock knowing they closed at five but hoping someone with patience would take me. I didn't even arrive until 4:30, but still a man name Bin (whom i spoke in the phone with) greeted me with a smile and no complaints. We even stood there for a good minute picking out the color before even starting. Once we started, the whole time he never rushed and even went back to look over the nails to make sure the shape was exactly what I want. To say I'll be coming back is an understatement, Bin is amazing, the customer service is awesome, I am glad I have a new place to go to! I came in for the first time on the 15th as a walk in for gel nails, I was pretty pleased with the service until my polish started lifting up/peeling 2 days ago. I found the shop by looking at reviews and pictures online. The owner did my nails, he was very nice and all I had to do was show him the picture of what I wanted and he recreated it for me perfectly. I got acrylic with gel polish. Another young lady did my feet and I got white gel polish. I showed up with another set on that I needed removed and I wanted a design on short stilettos so I was ready to pay a little extra today. My total was $115. I scraped up some singles and slid them to the young lady. I would of given 5 stars if she hadn't obnoxiously said is this for me and him to split. I said do what you want it's not much but I'll be back again for the services. She not only made the situation awkward but it felt like she was trying to shame me into tipping more. Went in a group of three. This is my SIL's regular place and she loves Sam. She was hoping my MIL or myself would get him because she knows she can trust him for a great experience. The girl I had was very pushy, did not give me the shape I asked for, and was FaceTiming her boyfriend for 15 minutes or so during my session (?!?). She also filed my nails way down so they look like little kid press-ons TBH. My SIL got Tammy, who is apparently always booked, but didn't have a great experience. Tammy seemed a weirdly critical of her nail length choice (which was really average) and did not clean up under the nails, the cuticles, or hang nails. MIL had a good experience. Really disappointed. My full set last month with Sam was fantastic. Call for a Saturday appointment for a full and design and get told Noon on Saturday. Find out Friday night that my appointment was never put in the book. Get told to come at 4 Saturday. Get there a few minutes early and told to sit he will be right with me. FORTY FIVE MINUTES LATER I am finally seated. Show him the design and he says no problem. He rushes through my fill, messes up the shaping on a few nails, uses a different shade acrylic so there's an obvious line between the original set and fill. Starts design, "jokes" about using all the colors (it's spring flowers so I wanted colors), sloppily draws flowers using a dot tool and says $76. FOR A FILL AND DESIGN?! Now two days later, most nails are lifting on the full edges . I will never go back and will not recommend this place to anyone. read more

The guy that did them was very sloppy and got my skin SO many times. He got nail polish all over my fingers too, but he took it off with the nail polish remover. Still very annoying though. I got my nails done on the 6th of Jan. I had one break that same night. Between the 6th and the 10th when I'm finally able to make back across town, FIVE nails had broken. Unwillingly to pay for the garbage they called an acrylic manicure, I asked the manager for a refund. He said he wasn't able to do a refund but he would fix them for me. Of course I didn't want them fixed, I'd have to come back the next day to get them fixed again! I wanted no services done, I didn't even want them to take them off for me, I just wanted my money back. He proceeded to tell me A) it had been too long (For as long as I've gotten my nails done, the standard is a week) B) Maybe I work too much with my hands (that should have no bearing on the quality of acrylic nails, they snapped off like twigs) C) They didn't know how to refund me (bull) and what REALLY set me off was D) I could have done it on purpose just to get a free manicure. I was absolutely floored. Celestial level rudeness. I warn you not to go here. I only went because it had a glowing recommendation from a woman that I know very well. She's professional and her nails are always beautiful. I took a chance and I regret that deeply. I've seen on the reviews that some nail techs are better than others. Maybe that was the case but for me, it's not a valid excuse. On top of the inconsistency in service, the management and customer service is abhorrent. The facilities mediocre. Stay away. Nice, clean, and beautiful salon. I love to get the dip nail powder when I went here. I called one time asking for an appointment, making mention that I didn't care who but I just needed an appointment with someone. I was schedule with Nene and she did a great job. However, the reason I don't get my nails done here anymore is because the dip powder would lift in two weeks catching any and everything under the powder. So this just meant it was extremely difficult to manage my hair without yanking strands out and as well as making the powder fragile that at any time a chunk of powder would break and my nails would instantly looks so bad. Additionally, their was a definite lack in options for colors. Hopefully they order more for their ongoing customers because it can get boring. However, I think her technique was beautiful and the end result was gorgeous but just not long lasting and practical especially when I'm used to my dip powder lasting a month!
