My favorite Chinese food restaurant in the area! It's not like a super authentic spot compared to other Chinese places but when it comes to elevated American Chinese takeout- look nowhere else! The food is tasty, portions are wonderful, and staff are so sweet. I honestly didn't even want to post this because I want this place to only be mine but I know that's not realistic lol love, love, love!

This place is a hidden gem. If you're looking for authentic Chinese flavors, it's definitely worth a visit. We ordered three entrées--one fish and two chicken dishes--along with sides of lo mein and fried rice. Each entrée came with a bowl of white rice, which was a nice touch. The standout dish for me was the Fish Fillet with Ginger, Scallions, and Hot Peppers. The flavors were well-balanced, and the fish was so good I saved it for last. Among the chicken dishes, we tried the Szechuan Style Fried Diced Chicken and the Chicken with Garlic Sauce. The fried chicken was solid, but the garlic sauce dish was a pleasant surprise--something new for us and definitely worth trying. I recommend pairing it with the spicy sauce they provide; it's flavorful without being too hot. The lo mein tasted fresh, like it had just come out of the wok, and complemented the mains nicely. We also ordered soup dumplings as an appetizer. They were served hot, but didn't quite meet our expectations--we've had better elsewhere. Overall, the food was satisfying, and the prices were very reasonable. Great flavors without breaking the bank.

Decent Chinese place, I visited a friend who lives in Weehawken, and he recommended this place to try. We had a couple of dishes and shared. There was so much food that we took some home. I would go back again if that friend wants to go there again. There was an oversized parking lot, so parking was no problem, and we got seated right away. I did not notice any special decoration, but overall, it was a spotless place. People should try here if one is looking for a decent Chinese food place in the Weehawken area.

Stopped in for a quick casual weekend lunch. The restaurant was relatively empty so we snagged a seat by the window with a lovely view of the water. Service was friendly, helpful, and fast. We tried a few of their chicken dishes and egg drop soup. It was all flavorful not too salty and a perfect balance of spice - everything you would want out of Chinese food! I would definitely come back or even grab take out- portions were very generous!!

Went in for lunch. I love beef pepper steak ordered w brown rice. They sent white rice. Np. The white rice could have been a tad bigger portion. But nonetheless the entree was delicious. Service was friendly. $22 for pepper steak. Not bad. Hot mustard sauce was dynamite good. They do have outside seating w a view. Parking in the center can be a challenge. At times. Over all. Very solid food. I will definitely eat here again.

Wow! I'm speechless with this place. My uncle told me not to go, but I always say I have to try it out myself. 1) Expensive for the portion I got. 2) All one sauce. Brown sauce on everything. 3) Oily 4) I've never had brown sauce on my seafood pan fried noodles. Maybe it's just me, but that again goes back to the one sauce comment. Obviously atmosphere is great, right across from the city. Service was good, they were pretty attentive.

The smallest egg roll at the highest price. Actually, everything is overpriced. Not as good as I remember in the past.

Decent food, ambiance, and service. The BYOB option is a nice bonus. A solid choice for dine-in Chinese food!

The food was a hit and miss, on a salty level. The service was okay. The ambiance was great with a New York view. A little bit pricey.

Unfortunately none of the food I have tried here has given me that WOW factor. I have tried a couple of menu items because I know some places are a hit or a miss when it comes to certain food items. They are closed on Tuesdays luckily for us it was a Monday and they only take cash or Zelle. We ordered the Kung pao chicken, the general chicken (extra spicy), the pork spareribs, fried chicken wings, crab Rangoon's that came with sweet-and-sour sauce and an order of pork lo mein. Everything tasted really fresh and came out in about 15 to 20 minutes. The best thing was the amount of crab Rangoon's. You get in one order it's amazing! I have everything we ordered. The only thing we wouldn't get again is the kung pao chicken. It just lacked flavor for us but everything else was soooo good. The amount of food you get is so generous. We had enough to take someone on the plane with us the next day back home. Overall, I highly recommend it and if I'm ever back in Jersey, I'll be going back.

Though the delivery time was close to half an hour, I'm happy to report the food and packaging survived the trip with little ill consequence. The beef chow fun was a definite hit. I loved the savory sauce on the slippery noodles, and there was a generous amount of tender beef throughout the container. This was a pure carb-and-protein delight. Over the course of travel time, the sauce inside the beef with broccoli became chilled and slightly gelatinous. While it looked slightly unappetizing, the taste was great. The broccoli was also well tender, which I appreciated because I'm regularly disappointed with al dente veg from other Chinese restaurants. I also ordered a shrimp egg roll, mainly out of curiosity because it was my first time seeing it on a takeout menu. While there are definite chunks of small shrimp inside, I found the actual taste to be nearly indistinguishable from other egg rolls because the filling was mainly cabbage.

We enjoyed a tasting of the menu, with the appetizers including Noodles with minced pork, spicy fries, chili steamed dumplings, scallion pancakes, and green veggie dumplings. The Noodles were perfectly cooked and the minced pork was bursting with flavor. Fries were satisfyingly crispy, well seasoned, but had a kick to it, so tasted too spicy for me. Chili dumplings were filled with yummy meat, and were surprisingly not that spicy. Scallion pancakes were thin, with a nice crunch, and plenty of scallion taste. Veggie dumplings were just okay, as I found the outer wrapping to be too thick and filling to be a little bland. For the main courses, we were served pork with celery and peppers, chicken with onion and peppers, veggie noodles, and spicy tofu. The pork dish was my favorite, as the meat was tender, and full of wonderful savory flavor, while the veggies were fresh and cooked well. Service was good. The food came out quickly throughout the night and we enjoyed a lovely evening here.

I (loved everything I) ordered: - Pork Soup Dumplings: You get 6 dumplings, and they are served with black vinegar. The dumpling size is pretty decent, and the pork filling is seasoned well. - Mini Wonton in Chili Oil: You get 8 wontons, and by NO means are they "mini"! To me, they are regular sized. You can tell they are homemade - the wonton skin is delicate (not thick, but not thin) and holds up the chili oil really well. This is hands down my favorite version out of all the ones I've tried at other places - the reason being is that the wontons are not drowning in the chili oil. - Cucumber in Garlic Sauce: Goodness, this is my favorite version of this dish. The sauce is phenomenal, and the garlic gives it a nice kick/bite. I could just eat this and a bowl of rice, and call it a day. - Stir-Fried Shredded Pork w. Chinese Celery & Bean Curd: SO flavorful. The bean curd is firm and has a noodle like texture, so it holds up really well to the pork. I don't hate celery, but it's not my favorite green - in this dish though, I LOVE it lol. - Bok Choy w. Shitake Mushrooms: not salty and clean tasting. This is a great vegetable side dish. - Stir-Fried Beef Chow Fun: This was great! What really did it for me is that they actually incorporated scrambled eggs into the dish (and the eggs were nicely seasoned). I also loved the fact that instead of onion, they paired it with cabbage. I heart you.
