Came here on a Saturday noon time for dim sum. Got seated right away. The food was on the spot and well made. They were delicious. The place soon got too crowded and there were little to none space for the dim sum carts to go around. It got crowded and hectic pretty soon. This place is quite good and perhaps will come here more frequently... I'll come again since i liked its service, its variability, and convenience. Give it a shot and I can assure you will like it :)

We're often on Main St grabbing dinner at Azuma, but this is the first time we got dim sum at Aquarius. They open at 11, and if you get there right when they open, you won't have to wait. If you get at 11:15, it's likely an 1hr + wait. We were seated at a large shared table. The carts came out quickly, all serving fresh, hot dim sum. Almost everything was delicious. We got hargow, shumai, leek dumplings, shrimp with bacon, rice rolls with fried dough (you have to order these, they don't come around), the char sui soh were excellent, this is a must order. Get here at opening so you don't have to wait! A great place to enjoy fresh dim sum.

Schlepped out here for a part road trip, part food adventure experience. Wish I could say the mileage was worth it, but it kinda wasn't. Then again, I'm from Toronto, where our dim sum is good enough to make the gods cry. We got all the usual suspects, and the best of the batch was probably the Tripe, Chicken Feet, Spare Ribs in Black Bean Sauce and Rice Rolls / Cheong Fan. The rest were bland and forgettable. And don't expect fun, unusual or creative dishes--they colored firmly within the lines here. +1 for giant bowls of tofu dessert soup--one bowl is enough to feed at least three people.

Aquarius is a restaurant that I always come back to. If you're looking for the best dim sum in the area, make sure that you come here!

Good spot for dimsum. Gets super busy - highly recommend coming right when they open because there will be a line out the door even before doors open!! Good food & definitely busy for a reason. Parking can be a bit rough bc of where it is in fort lee - so it can be a bit to find street parking.

Stumbled upon this place when we were driving back from NJ to NY. It's in Fort Lee where there are plenty of Korean restaurants. The food is pretty authentic, and they mostly Cantonese dishes. Food portions are good, and service is welcoming. We'd definitely come back next time we go to NJ.

In town for work and order carry out over the phone. Overall it was pretty solid I had never tried duck so I got the roasted half duck which I would give a 8/10 definitely good but the price of $36 seems a little high for the amount of meat. But anyways the flavor was good. Also got the shredded beef with spicy peppers which I would give a 7/10. It tasted good but not spicy at all and for nearly $24 the amount of beef was pretty minimal

Food was ok but not happy with the quality of my clams. All the clams on the right hand side came broken and is inedible in fear of food contamination.

Returned to Aquarius almost after a year. Luckily wasn't a long line on Saturday morning. They have made the waitlist online now, so don't need to wait at the door anymore. The inside of the restaurant is still the same, lots of tables cramped in a small space. I found the dim sum items to be much better quality. The dumplings, shau mai, rice cake, mango jelly, egg tar, beef tendon all were really tasty. Carts were going around more often. But the dishes we got from the kitchen wasn't too impressive. I didn't like the rice and noodles much. The service was better this time. We got the server's attention few times when we needed some assistance. For payment, they do it at the table now, no need to go to the counter. Overall I liked having dim sum lunch here after a long time.

This place appears to be sized for small or larger groups! Service was a bit choppy depending on who was serving, they appear to alternate. We tried their dim sum platter , soup dumplings and chicken lettuce wraps. These were very disappointing, really lacked that Chinese umami flavor. We did however try their peking duck and that was the best thing, crispy skin and they took out most of the bones. Will tty again though, Maybe different entrée style meals. Portions are generous and they make in house cold tea beverages as well.

When I need a dim sum fix, I go here. Why? The food is yummy - and more importantly, I can enjoy dim sum any day (not just the weekends). I've been here a lot, and it never disappoints. My go-tos have always been consistently good: - shrimp dumplings (har gow) - pork dumplings (shu mai) - shrimp rice rolls - sticky rice - roast pork buns - turnip cake with pork There are other items I like a lot: - spare rib tips with black bean - pan fried shrimp & pork dumpling with leeks - rice roll with dough (this can be hit or miss, depending on how fresh the dough stick is) And my absolute favorites are: - deep fried pork & shrimp dumpling (they aren't real dumplings - they have a mochi like consistency & chew with a savory meat filling) - Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce I've been missing their sesame ball that they used to have with a black sesame paste filling. I haven't seen it in a long while (sad face). If you can, try to wait for a seat by the window.

Stopped by here for dimsum on a weekend- they were busy before opening, a line outside. They processed many tables quickly inside, before stopping and having people sign in on a waitlist. It took about 30min to get through 12 tables before us (we were a party of 6, so what they called "small" tables 1-6ppl); some tables went unused as they were reserved (apparently for larger groups you can call in to reserve ahead of time). They will text your phone when it's ready for your turn. They have staffers running around with carts, and not everything on the menu is on the carts; you can ask staff if you don't see something you want. They have a cute egg custard bun that looks like a piggy (see picture). Roast duck was ok; very crunchy and very greasy. I prefer more flavor. The roast pork puffs were ok; outside good but the bbq pork inside lacked strong enough flavor. The chicken feet and tripe, again, flavor a bit too mild or slightly off of what I'm used to at Jing Fong. Shrimp rice rolls and fried leek & shrimp dumplings were enjoyed, though. Tea is charged by adult, as a note. Cash or card accepted.

Are dim sum gluten-free? Are the wraps made with rice dough or whole wheat flour ? Thanks 😀
