They have a ton of common cars in their lot. I drive a Focus, and they have probably over a dozen in their lot. So, this is the first place I go to when I need a new part. Most of the time, they will pull the part for you and have it waiting at the counter. Sometimes, you can just go back in the lot and get the parts yourself. All of their parts are very cheap and functional. I bought two tires/rims for $70, and they've lasted almost a year now. I also bought a $50 alternator and a myriad of other replacement items. Anything you buy comes with a 30-day money back guarantee, which is awesome if you're buying a used electronic part. Their website is pretty good too, and they also sell through eBay and ship the parts. UPDATE: My car died, and they offered me $200 for it. I was told to "have a seat, he will go get the parts" when I arrived. I told them they should be ready, I arranged this days in advance, but they didn't have the parts or didn't have them ready. I waited for 15 minutes before I had to leave (without the parts) and drive ANOTHER 40 minutes back to work. So I wasted an hour and a half of my day and a lot of gas for nothing. They told me I could pay them first and they would ship me the parts (without inspecting them, they were interior pieces that needed to be in good shape). Absolutely not. This was my first time doing business with them, and it's also my last. They lost any trust I would have given by wasting my time and money. Terrible service - avoid.
