I said no im gonna load them and start them when done loading the last one because I had I couple of dark thing that when in the darks and whites and once you start it you can't open it then I asked him whats your name he said I am the OWNER I told him I asked your name not position so I know who I spoke to. I then asked would you like me to take my clothes out of your machine he said I just don't want the customer waiting on these machines. There were 2 customers when I came in both at this time folding their clothes and one lady came in after me and went on the other side didn't even look at the big machine. Well I thought I was a customer too if in fact I didn't already put my laundry soap in the machines I would have token my clothes elsewhere. Always had a parking spot every time I came to do mail stuff. 3) Interior: it's a little older, but everything is in working order. Clean, neat, orderly and not a spec of dirt anywhere. 4) Employees: exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They're always glad to help you out. I don't know what kind of other things to talk about when it comes to mail. I walk in, drop my mail or a package off, I pay for it, I walk out and I'm good to go. My mail or package gets there early is a plus, but all in all I just need it to get there in a timely fashion or even if it's extremely backed up, I would just want the item to get there period.

Fast forward a year & Im currently standing in line with 13 other people. There's 3 clerks working at the counter with no sense of urgency at all. We have been waiting for over 30 mins. One of the ladies just asked if there's another clerk available in the back...we are yet to see her. I recommend coming first thing in the morning if you have to come, because this is horrible.
