Fine you own up to the problem, well in the meantime I am waiting to hear from them when the part is coming in. Well six months later the part arrives. I get called stating the bring my car in so that a painter could match the paint of my car so when it is installed it would be okay. The manager and 3 of his team members address me about installing the windshield and basically they wanted me to agree that it would be okay if they weren't going to install the windshield in my car because of fear of breaking the other side molding. (Note: when they removed the broken side molding, they also broke the clamps that hold the molding in place, which I hope when I return it to have the painted molding put back I don't have more damage ). There is no compensation to speak of, but I am left with waiting of the part to be painted and no date when that will be accomplished but we will call you when it is done and you basically you can take your business elsewhere. This to me , shows a lack of professionalism, you do not trust your technicians who are suppose to be qualified technicians. Kristian, my glass replacement technician, was very professional and ranks among Safelite's best technicians in the industry. He competes in the Auto Glass Technician Competition (AGTO) and the Auto Glass Technician Calibration. Turned out, my cooler slipped off a shelf and shattered my windshield, authenticating the Prius's "New Mexican Look". I didn't call around, I read some reviews, and Daniel said Astro was the cheapest in town. I called. $245 plus tax, that was lower than my deductable. Walk-ins welcome. Okay, then, problem solved. Aside from their immediate, quick service (they estimated two hours, done in one) and friendly employees, I was paid a special visit by the shop pug, Paco, who gently gnawed my knuckles and sneezed lil' doggie drool before the shop folks called him out. He was adorable, and a tad overwhelming. Other than that, just know that there isn't wifi, so use your hotspot if you have one, and expect to make this your go-to for repairs and replacements.

I stopped by spoke to the owner he suggested some cleaning products they used to clean the windows and he said when you clean to clean it early in the morning and it may take a while to clean it but it will work Actually nothing didn't work and what he said didn't work I had to drive back home and on that roadteio it sucked with that f ing horrible costing he out on there.
