Great quality work and done quickly. Best price for my vehicle to be tinted…read more Friendly staff!

i had gone here to replace a cracked front windshield but then I asked about a product they were…read moreselling that is added to the front windshield to reflect from heat and keep it cool inside your car. I thought hey that doesn't sound bad I wanted them to add it on the windshield after I drive around my car for about two months in the heat, it started to not be clear and to not see out of my windshield, it started to get fuzzy, blurry and bubble up a little bit. I stopped by spoke to the owner he suggested some cleaning products they used to clean the windows and he said when you clean to clean it early in the morning and it may take a while to clean it but it will work Actually nothing didn't work and what he said didn't work I had to drive back home and on that roadteio it sucked with that f ing horrible costing he out on there. It never got better and I couldn't see while driving and it was a hazard having that product on my windshield, it was very dangerous what he put on my windshield putting my life in sanger when I couldn't see while driving anywhere. So me and my family looked at what the coating was and it was a very thick layer of blurry bubbled up hazy wax. we had to remove it and I am telling anyone reading this please don't purchase that product. it's dangerous and that company is using your money for their dangerous hazardous product for more money.I think it was like a couple hundred dollars but still it's a rip off and money for them. The only thing is that they can fix a broken window for repair but that it anything else they sell off to the side is not good and is a rip off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

***First time receiving so much communication from a business. Love it!***…read more I visited Safelite for the first time with my current vehicle for a windshield replacement, which I scheduled through my insurance. I had a 7:00 am appointment and was the only customer at that time. The whole process moved quickly--I received appointment reminders and updates about my car via text and email. Kristian, my glass replacement technician, was very professional and ranks among Safelite's best technicians in the industry. He competes in the Auto Glass Technician Competition (AGTO) and the Auto Glass Technician Calibration. Kristian took the time to explain the process and inquired if I had any questions before and after installation. Even though my insurance company estimated up to a 3-hour service time, Kristian was done in 1.25 hours. There was no time wasted, no misunderstandings -- just a seamless, efficient service from beginning to end.

DON'T USE SAFELITE! I got my windshield replaced on October 28th, 2025. When the technician took…read moreoff the windshield my front camera fell out. The technician knocked on my door and told me that this has never happened before and it was his bad and they will fix it. I tried to make an appointment and then all of a sudden they were saying it was my fault "wear and tear"and that they will not cover it. Nothing was wrong with my camera before this. I have called and left voicemails for managers, district managers and corporate. No one has called me back. My insurance agent also has tried to call. This is bad practice and they should pay for the camera they broke. I have talked to several different companies and they all agree that they are responsible for the broken camera. Six months ago, I took my car in for a windshield replacement, to the location on 8305 Menual NE…read more After I dropped my car off, I get a call saying the molding was cracked by the technician and that would have to order a replacement from the manufacture of my car (G35, Infinity). Fine you own up to the problem, well in the meantime I am waiting to hear from them when the part is coming in. Well six months later the part arrives. I get called stating the bring my car in so that a painter could match the paint of my car so when it is installed it would be okay. The manager and 3 of his team members address me about installing the windshield and basically they wanted me to agree that it would be okay if they weren't going to install the windshield in my car because of fear of breaking the other side molding. (Note: when they removed the broken side molding, they also broke the clamps that hold the molding in place, which I hope when I return it to have the painted molding put back I don't have more damage ). There is no compensation to speak of, but I am left with waiting of the part to be painted and no date when that will be accomplished but we will call you when it is done and you basically you can take your business elsewhere. This to me , shows a lack of professionalism, you do not trust your technicians who are suppose to be qualified technicians. I did not received the professional service that was raved about on the website.

I had to take two cars in to them to get fixed. Our main car got hit with a pebble and they were…read moreable to fix it quickly and bill the insurance. Our other car had been hit a while ago while on a different insurance plan so I did the honest thing and paid this one out of pocket. Ok, so I know it is all a big racket with *all* auto-repair places, but it bugs me that they charged the insurance company $60 and me just $30. Sure I wasn't *directly* paying it, but the difference trickles down (insurance companies are not in the altruism business). But overall, I think they did a good job. On the one car, I can't even tell and on the other, the damage looks much better than before (this was also started out much worse). The wait time was fine. And they have free popcorn and soda which is a *really* nice touch. Who doesn't like free popcorn and soda!?!? (well, maybe a dentist). It is Albuquerque so we're bound to get hit with some more rocks. I'll go back there!
