I contacted AAA twice, and both times, they confirmed the problem was not with the battery but the alternator. Contrary to what Five Forks later claimed, AAA never installed a battery in my vehicle they only provided jump starts. I ultimately had to take my vehicle to a certified Dodge dealership, where a full inspection revealed the alternator had been improperly installed. According to their official report, this incorrect installation caused significant damage, including failure of the fuse box and unnecessary battery drain. As a result of this negligent repair, I incurred over $3,000 in losses including: Unnecessary parts (over $300 worth) purchased based on misdiagnosis Rental vehicle expenses Lost wages Additional repair costs to fix what Five Forks should have done right the first time I provided all documentation to the shop including Dodge's findings and a video showing the issue and gave them an opportunity to resolve this fairly. Instead of owning the mistake, they tried to deflect blame to AAA, despite clear evidence to the contrary. This has been a frustrating and financially draining experience. I am now pursuing legal remedies, including small claims court, due to the lack of accountability and proper customer care. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop. When something goes wrong, you deserve a mechanic who stands by their work not one who blames other parties and leaves you to deal with the damage!

They kept…read morecharging for random parts, indicating each time it was "fixed" although they admitted they never found a leak or anything wrong with what was replaced. This was during winter, so never really got a chance to use the A/C for weeks at a time, so it probably only worked a few days after each visit. After over $1200 spent on something that should have cost little more than half that, we'll still need to go to the dealership.

My car was there for a week getting body repair and a broken mirror fixed. They stated also that they were going to do an alignment but that it was on them. I drove home and it begin to shake and pull to the left. My car was vibrating. Remind you the car wasn't shaking when I brought it in. I called them back and was told to bring the car back in. When I got there they said I had to contact geico again getting approval that they could fix my car. Put me in a rental for a week. I got a call that they were not able to fix my vehicle due to the shaking not being accident related. Maybe not accident related, but why was it shaking after they supposedly fixed it and did an alignment. I asked Brian to email me a quote he told me he would send it to me within 30 mins. I never received the quote. I called them the next day and they told me it was going to be $900. When I went to pick up my car I asked for the quote. Brian didn't even have it typed up yet. Liar. He then went into his office and was on the phone. It took him 25 mins to get me the quote. Where he told me it would be $1200. When I read it it said $1700 total. Liar. Brian is a LIAR. I was told I needed new tires. We got to looking my tires were switched. Those weren't the tires I had before left the care with them. They are fake. They are liars. Please please don't use them. Positive Experience with One Small Concern…read more I recently had my vehicle repaired at Gwinnett Place Body Shop, and overall, the experience was excellent. The ladies at the front desk were kind, courteous, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Their professionalism set the tone for what turned out to be a very positive visit. The repair work itself was immaculate. The damage from my accident was completely restored, and my car genuinely looks brand new. I was impressed by the attention to detail and the quality of the workmanship. My only concern involves the back passenger-side window. Although my repairs were for the front passenger side, I was informed that all windows were rolled down as part of the quality check. Unfortunately, the back window couldn't be closed due to what was described as a faulty regulator. The team attempted to replace the regulator, but the window still doesn't seal all the way. This was unexpected, as all windows worked perfectly before we dropped off the car. Our dealership will be evaluating the issue and sharing their findings with us soon. Despite this hiccup, I appreciate the body shop's transparency and effort to address the concern. Overall, I would still recommend Gwinnett Place Body Shop for their excellent customer service and high-quality repair work. I'm hopeful the window issue will be resolved quickly, and I appreciate the team's efforts.
