They're honest! I have been taking my BMW to John at Don's (the actual name is Eurostar) for 3 years now. John has always done an excellent job in a timely manner. Whether I wait there or drop my car off, I've always gotten excellent service. If you drive a BMW, you know sometimes you hold your breath on the cost of repair. I don't have that feeling with John. He tells me up front about the cost and that's the cost when he's done. This is not a shop where they sell you what you don't need or trump up work that's not necessary. Although Hector doesn't usually work on my car, I have gotten automotive tips and pointers from him. John, Hector, and Bryan are good people, three of the most knowledgeable and nicest mechanics you'll ever meet. You could do A LOT worse for your BMW or Benz.

An oil chance should never cost more than $200 even if you're ripping people off. If you go over that you better be asking people if they want what you're doing to take their money! They took two hours when I was expecting one, so I was getting late to get back to work and couldn't stand around and argue, I'm so pissed at this place.
