Quoted their price for their TPS sensors and the price of their labor. After agreeing to the pricing for labor which was reasonable compared to other quotes received they proceeded to swap all 4 out and rebalanced all my tires in about 30 minutes. I've got a couple of cars at home and have brought many tires and wheels to them from the past. I even had them do wheel alignments to 3 of my cars in total. Today, I brought a set of new wheels and tires for them to work on. I drove up to their garage and one of the sisters started bringing in the wheels for me. When I asked about pricing, she tried to charge me $100 for all 4 wheels. I said it was too much and asked if they could offer a discount. Keep in mind, the wheels were in the back of my truck, no unbolting from the car and no tire disposal. Just mount and balance and I'd be out of there quick. I also said I would pay cash but they didn't even try to work something out for me. She basically said ok, and had their men put the wheels back inside my trunk. What does that tell you? It means I ain't ever bringing my business there ever again! I also texted my buddies not to go there either. It's terrible and they have seen me many times in the past. I even said hello to Francisco this morning, but maybe this was what got the sister to think I was trying to let her know I knew her brother. To be truthful, I never really negotiate prices either. Im just a loyal customer and trust that they're giving me a reasonable deal. However, today was just treating a loyal customer like they didn't give a fk. That's how these sisters are with the way they think. They're never really thankful either and super arrogant people. Each time I go there, they would never greet me with a smile, but instead, they'll give that bitter look like they don't know me or something. I've always looked past it because they get the job done, and that's all I really care about. As a business owner myself, you never wanna give up your customers unless you've exhausted all options. Now while I'm at it, let me tell you another story that I encountered with these guys, dating a few of years back. One time, I put in new control arms on my car and brought it to them to do a wheel alignment. I told Francisco the control arms were new and that I purposely left the bolts loose for him adjust to align the wheels. When I got the car back and drove it for a couple of weeks, it started making a knocking sound when I came to a stop. From my own garage, I inspected the control arms and saw that the alignment bolts had gotten loose. This led me to believe the bolts weren't torqued downs after they were adjusted, so I brought the car back to have it fixed. They pretty much accused me of lying and said I never told him about putting on new control arms. It led to a very awkward moment. WTF were they thinking about? Awful people! Cars are an expensive hobby of mine and I never expect to get shit done for free! I just look for car shops I could go to all the time. I pay money and I have money to spend! How dare you? And not to sound racist either, but I think it's their own people who often try to bargain with them by paying pennies, which was why they had the same impression with me. It's sad, but now I realize it's because of a different class of people doing business, so I really shouldn't be surprised. By the way, I went around the corner and got my wheels done. 15 minutes was all it took! 80 bucks but I gave them 90. They've earned my business and I will continue to bring my business to them in the future. Castellon tires, NEVER AGAIN! Remember, a good review goes out to 3, but a bad one goes to 30. And not to mention, this is from a car enthusiast along with many friends who enjoy weekend car meet ups. Great job.

I went to my usual place, but they had a change of management and no longer sold used tires. My calls to three other places came up dry due to not having my tire size in used stock. It's a pedestrian 215/60R16 donut tire, nothing crazy. After a bit more searching, I found the listing for this shop. I've passed by it many times but never stopped by there before. They had one in stock and quoted a very reasonable price out the door over the phone. I came in about a couple hours later and got my tire changed. The installation was very professional. Tire mounting sealant (aka whale snot) was applied to the bead, and the wheel with the tire on it was dunked in a water bath to check for any air leaks before it got put back on the car. Parking there can be a bit tight due to several other businesses sharing the lot, so be mindful of that if you have a larger vehicle or bad rear visibility. All in all, five stars!

This place is a circus. - The techs gather and chitchat, one figured it was ok to lean on my car while it was being worked on. - another tech used my car (using his hands and forearm) for assistance when he would bend down to complete X action. - i asked for them to be extra cautious because my calipers are painted....shocker one was damaged...bigger shocker, they feigned ignorance and said they didn't do it - even though i asked my old rims to be placed in my trunk, they were stacked and a milk crate full of tools and crap were placed ON THE RIMS! - they let customers freely walk inside of the garage and linger! I thought one was a manager by his attire, he was touching my car, come to find out he was a customer awaiting service!!! - best part~ there was mentally unstable transient passing by, this young kid that worked at the shop exchanged words with him and there were a couple punches thrown while he was assisting a female customer! This place is in some serious need of some professional training with some basic etiquette skills included.
