Came here on a recommendation from a friend to try the Philly cheesesteak, and it definitely lived up to the hype. The location is a bit tucked away with not much foot traffic, but when I visited, the place was busy--which is always a good sign. The owner, James, was very friendly and suggested either the pizza or the Philly cheesesteak. I went with the cheesesteak, and it was easily one of the best I've had in California. Great flavor, cooked right, and very satisfying. If you're in the area, it's worth stopping by. Solid food and great service.

Great place that's up in the cut ! Lol it's where the old dmv used to be. I love the Philly Cheese ! I'm glad they're open on Saturdays now. Friendly service . Clean and nothing fancy inside but they have big screen tv . You can order online , which is user friendly. I haven't tried the pizza yet but I'm pretty sure it's like the sandwich" Fire" !

This pickle pizza is delicious! If you love pickles, u gotta try this pizza out! It's off the menu, created by a fellow local city social media guy on IG, Mark from Riverside. Tucked in a business center but definitely known by many! They have a full menu of pizzas, sandwiches, even their signature Philly Cheese Steak. Everything made fresh and in house here! Love James the owner snd his amazing staff!

Food was amazing! We got a cheese curds with hot honey, cilantro aioli and a small pizza with pesto chicken and spinach. James made the pesto from scratch it was delicious. We also got a Philly cheese. Spectacular give me 17 of em! The food was made to order fresh and seems to be made with love and passion for the craft. James also had awesome customer service, friendly and witty. The restaurant was clean and smelled yummy as soon as I walked in. I will definitely be returning!

This hidden gem does not disappoint. My husband and i have been here multiple times and its amazing every time. We tried the philly cheese steak and it was the best we have ever had. The owner is really nice and gave us the recommendation for the sandwich. The pizza was great as well.

Stopped by around 7:10 pm, about twenty minutes before closing, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They had run out of large pizza boxes earlier in the evening, but the person working quickly came up with a solution, which I appreciated. I ordered a large extra-cheese, extra-sauce pepperoni and sausage pizza, and it turned out to be the best pizza I've had so far in Riverside. We recently moved from the Bay and have been on the hunt for great pizza and good value. This spot is tucked away in a quiet warehouse area with a simple interior, but none of that mattered. The food delivered. The pizza came out hot, fresh, cheesy, and full of flavor. Several people came in for pick-ups while I waited, and everyone seemed to know exactly why they were there: the pizza. If you're looking for a solid, well-made pie, this place is worth the stop.

Finally got to try their pastrami pizza. Bcuz they make their doughs in house everything here is so fresh and so good. I have no issues digesting their flour dough. Hope it stays this way. Tried their different hot sandwich and this was also melt in your mouth type of goodness! The owner is present at the deli shop and he is so friendly. Spacious, and air conditioned.

Best pizza in Riverside by far! It's a small place in an industrial park. Wish it was bigger or just felt a little more inviting to eat there. Hoping that more people start trying this place so they open on the weekends. Would love to order their food for gatherings. Delicious pastrami and a really good cheesesteak. Staff was friendly. Not sure why it has taken me so long to review this place, I've been eating here since it opened back in 2015. I've probably had almost everything on the menu and I am always satisfied with the quality and taste of the food. My most recent visit I picked up some breakfast sandwiches for my family and I. They were delicious as always, it was my family's first time trying their food. My mom said it was one of the best breakfast sandwiches she's ever had. We had breakfast croissant sandwiches with eggs, spinach, pepper jack cheese, red onion and chipotle mayo (they had bacon on theirs) I'm looking forward to my family trying more things on their menu. Also I want to continue supporting small local businesses during these crazy times. Oh and you must try their tropical tea with lemonade and honey it's my fave! Ive noticed the best spots are always in these industrial buildings or somewhere in the cut you wouldn't expect. The bread is delivered fresh daily from a local bakery and you can tell. It is soft and fresh. I ordered the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich on squaw bread with potato salad. The turkey was cut in house as well as all the meats. I enjoyed this meal very much. Manager James and Chelsea were great talking to and excellent customer service. I was offered a complimentary drink as a first time guest. My only recommendation would be to offer a potato salad along side your original potato salad that includes egg as an option for people who love egg! I will return and bring my friends and family! Pizza was good and well priced but the vibe of this place was a little off. Staff were not friendly and it almost felt like they were bothered to have to take our order which was a single pizza and three drinks. The atmosphere was a little uncomfortable for dine in. Loved everything about this place. Pizza was great, definitely a cut above, really well seasoned. Antipasta salad was also really tasty and satisfying, and any restaurant that offers unsweetened, brewed passion tea is definitely high on the list for those of us who avoid sugary soft drinks. Been here a few times and I have never been disappointed! I've tried the Philly Cheesesteak, Smash Burger and pizzas and they hit spot on. It's a small quaint and cozy, and clean. It's primary focus would be to the businesses around it, but it's definitely a place to find and pick up some lunch. The owner is very nice and so is the staff. read more

Delicious! I had a Philly cheese steak sandwich. I was not disappointed. The bread was so good. It was soft but not soggy. The meat was tasty, and the cheese was nice and gooey. Mmmmmm! My son had a small Supreme pizza. He stuffed that pizza in his face so quick. It looked like he hadn't eaten in a week! Finally, the bread sticks were yummy, too! Very soft. I've been coming to Rivercrust deli for a while, even before they started making pizza, and I've never had a bad meal. Their sandwich's, pizzas and salads are delicious. Today I got a bbq chicken pizza and an Italian sandwich with an anti pasta salad and they did not disappoint like usual. They use quality ingredients and the employees are always friendly. It's the kind of place where you can grab pizza to go for a movie night at home, or stay, have a few beers, and just enjoy the vibe. They also have 5 beers for $15, which you really can't beat. Elie took such great care of us and made us feel so welcome. He was incredibly friendly and thoughtful and even surprised me with a complimentary homemade brownie, which was another 10/10. Such a sweet touch. Even the DJ running karaoke was super professional, which made the whole night feel extra fun and lively. It's rare to find a place that feels this genuine and welcoming while also serving food that's this good. I'll definitely be back for the pizza again very soon. I was drawn to visit this sandwich deli because of some Instagram reels. However, the location was a bit tricky to find as it was situated in a very industrial area. The people there were incredibly hospitable and made me feel very welcome. I decided to try the pastrami sandwich and the BBQ ribeye steak sandwich. Both sandwiches were good, with the pastrami sandwich being particularly massive in size! It was also quite salty, but then again, pastrami sandwiches usually tend to be on the saltier side. I had the best customer service today. I just want to say Thank You to the Staff! I made an order through DoorDash while I am at work, I work in a situation where I'm unable to leave during work hours. After an hour or more of endless attempts to contact support I called the restaurant. I explained where I was and that I couldn't leave and they offered to bring it to me.
