Now known as "Elite Car Wash" which along with the new name they rebuilt the entire washing system. The folks are always friendly and do a nice job on both the interior and exterior. I usually just get a regular wash and for $18.50 I am very pleased. If you get your oil changed next door they give you a free wash- seems like a good deal. read more

Okay wash, but not enough staff for a silver, gold or bronze wash at the end of the day. Only one person available for the premium finish with multiple cars queued up. Was probably a 45 minute venture. read more

Friendly, quick, thorough, and reasonably priced, I brought them my filthy car inside and out, and asked for the Silver Package. They returned it sparkling. Riverdale is my go-to car wash from Manhattan. read more

I have two kids my car was disgusting, came in for the bronze, they got me to upgrade to silver but it was worth it car was spotless not one goldfish crumb left behind! read more

Paid $30 and a $5 tip for what ended up being a 5 mins car wash that left my car nearly as dirty as it came in. I tried them once before and thought they had done a poor job because there was a line. This week, I decided to give them another try because there was no line. I usually wash my car every week, so it's never super dirty. But they left it almost as dirty as it came. I literally had to take a microfiber towel and finish their job. I really thought that with the remodeled location, things were going to improve. They're definitely worse than ever! I went this past February and chose one of the expensive packages. I should've just chosen a basic exterior wash because it didn't look like they did anything to the interior. As I drove away I noticed all the dirt on my mats and carpet that they didn't vacuume. Worst car wash I've ever been to. I felt robbed. read more

The worker was cordial and welcoming however, they did an awful job! This was my first and last time patronizing this place. I now understand why on a sunny Saturday afternoon the car wash was empty! Mirrors are just as dirty as when they came in! $30? Definitely not worth it. read more

By far the worst car wash I've been to. Never again. Choosen the highest price package of $25 after a trip with 7 people in my car. Especifically told them throw everything out. When I got the car it was 6 opened water bottles they didn't removed plus napkins, dirty papers in the seat and a bag with trash. Complained and they did nothing . Dust everywhere, didn't vacuum at all. In the exterior there was bird crap that they didn't bother to clean. Whats the point of choosing the more expensive wash to get crap and not fix it when I complain. Never, ever will go there again. read more

Very happy that there is a quick and clean affordable car wash in my neighborhood! It's very small and not fancy but it doesn't need to be as long as I'm paying a reasonable price for it. I just got a car wash in Astoria and they charged $15 for regular wash (not even a super wash), and I paid a few dollars less for super wash here. Just don't know the hours sometimes I'll swing by to get a wash and they would be closed! read more

Just left the car wash which I've been going to for the last 8 years. The service has declined since. I constantly find stains missed and or ignored. Dust or dirt lingering after a wipe down. The interior seems to be glossed over instead of "detailed". But, today, I unfortunately was the victim of theft from one of its attendees. My boyfriend so generously placed a $10 bill under a doubled floor mat to wish me good luck on the new car purchase. Since this was the first car wash, I mindlessly forgot to remove the bill. I obviously remembered too late. I approached one of the guys to check whether the bill was recovered. He asked his fellow washers who responded"there was nothing there". A complete lie. It's so disheartening and disappointing that workers will take something not rightfully there's instead of making the honest decision to give it back. I will no longer use this car wash. read more

I don't understand the bad reviews. The prices are good, the service is quick, and the car is sparkling clean. If you live in Manhattan, it's a beautiful and convenient drive up the west side highway. read more

If it were possible to leave no stars I honestly would. On Saturday 10/21/17 I went to this car wash and paid for the regular wash which consists of the outside and interior vacuuming. As my vehicle was being cleaned I watched it the entire time. Not once was my interior touched, when I brought it to the attention of the employees and management they were extremely combative and rude. They insisted my vehicle has been vacuumed which it had not. They refused to vacuums my vehicle or give me a refund for that portion of the services, after I attempted to plead with them. Needless to say all fellow yelpers should avoid this place you're better off going to Broadway Bridge Wash and Lube on the other side of the marble hill bridge. Hopefully I save some of you the same hassle I went through. read more

Came for a car wash on Friday the 25th at around 11:30am after a trip to Target. These people stole $25 out of my glove compartment as well as a bag of food from my trunk. Absolutely ridiculous, unless you want to be stolen from I would completely avoid this place and their very untrustworthy staff. read more

If I could give zero stars, I most certainly would. Vacuum, car wash and "towel dry" took all of 3 minutes. The workers didn't even bother trying to wipe off all the soap that the "wash" didn't wash away. Meantime, as I stood trying to wrap my head around how it would have been more fruitful for me to physically light on fire a $10 bill than pay for that shitty car wash, the next vehicle after me was driven out by a worker, who fully ran over two handbags a couple of women decided to put down for a second. Yeah, they shouldn't have put their stuff down on the pavement, but it truly was out of the way -- until the speeding car made a sharp left and completely waffled the bags and their contents, sunglasses and iPhones included. Oh, and don't get me started on little miss sunshine at the cashier desk with her ridiculous fake nails and social media addiction. Just. Stop. read more

They don't even vacuum under the mats. Not much car soap used too. Waisted $9 for 2-3 minutes.

I paid 16 buck for a super wash and ended up cleaning my car after they finished. I asked the guy if he can wipe something with the cloth that I knew wasn't a scratch. I looked at me like I was bothering him. Nothing wiped down inside and they hardly vacuumed the mats. I tried them again because it says under new management, it's the same bad service. I tried calling them after and the number on the receipt was out of service too. read more

I'm only giving this place one star, because they don't have a 0 option. AVOID this place at all costs. I paid for a "super wash" which is supposed to consist of inside and outside wash in addition to a wax and tire treatment. I left there with my car literally as dirty as it was when I went in. When I asked why my tires were so dirty and why they didn't touch the inside of my car, the man was extremely nasty and rude and told me I needed to pay $40. They didn't do anything the "super wash" consists of (except putting my car through the machine). Don't go here unless you want to be totally ripped off and dealing with nasty people. I had to wash my car myself by hand when I got home. ( for the record, I've never made a yelp review. That's how bad my experience here was) AWFUL. read more

this place stinks!!! they said they couldn't wash, compound and wax the roofof my suv becuase it was too windy . check the weather july 28th 2013 10:oo - 12:00. this detail spot is a joke. they din't get the around the moldings front and rear bumpers. my suv had no shine!!! stay away and go elsewhere. i work too hard for my noney don't you?. these guys are a ripp off!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
