They winterized it, stored it, and got it ready for a June pick-up. I'm now dealing with the service department, and I feel they are bending over backwards to accommodate us. They diagnosed it immediately, gave me a ride home, and said they'd try to find the part and fix it in the morning. Kevin drove to a marina in another town to get the part that night and the boat was back in the water by 10AM July 4. Awesome "above and beyond" service. They've maintained and stored my boat for 20 years. No one is perfect, but they're nice folks and always try to do the right thing and be helpful.
