Communication was exceptional and immediate. Their arrival was always pre-announced and punctual, which has become rare today. 3. Total honesty and transparency. 4. They went out of their way to accommodate all my requests, in addition to providing me with knowledge, advice, and assistance with other pieces of furniture as well as our own hard wood floors. 5. Their charges were so reasonable, considering the level of effort, that I felt I was being undercharged and this was not a fair trade. I subsequently paid 20% more than quoted.
