I contacted Joseph to find out pricing and services for disinfecting our home . I explained to Joseph that a few members of my family were getting over COVID and I wanted our home sanitized as my Lil ones were coming home at the end of the week and I wanted some peace of mind knowing our home would be disinfected before they return. Joseph was very kind, understanding of our situation, and professional. We had 2 members of our household who had COVID symptoms. We contacted Joseph to disinfect the lower level of the house because we were isolating the family members upstairs, leaving myself and the kids downstairs. He thoroughly disinfect the whole lower level, our garage, and even parts of our backyard where the kids would play. He also did our stairway up to the upper level as well. The process of spraying took about 20 minutes and the kids & I simply waited in the car. After he was done spraying, we vacated the house for around 30 mins to let the solution work. When we came home, the solution was dry and we were ready to occupy our home again. I didn't know this type of service was even available - and in my opinion is a must during these uncertain times. We will be hiring Joseph to return once everyone is healthy again to aid with possible reoccurring sickness in the future. He made the process clear, simple, and was very informative. I was referred to Joseph from a good friend and I'm glad I reached out to him. I'm pregnant and disinfect the house when I can but the smell of cleaning sprays is harsh for me and my family. We hired Joseph to come and spray downstairs to avoid germs spreading since some of our family members started developing COVID symptoms. My family members who do not have symptoms stayed in the car while he sprayed the house. My two family members who weren't feeling well stayed in their rooms with their doors closed upstairs and said there was no overbearing smell coming through from under the doors.
