I've reached out to this "company" approximately 8-10 times in the last 3 weeks for several properties they had listed on various sites. 1 response back for 1 property. We were told there was an open house on the day specified at 11 a.m., but that it would be for 15 minutes. Who schedules an open house with that kind of window. This company is very unprofessional and dont know the first thing about Customer Service. They seem to think we're on their time, and they just pick the phone as they see fit. Easy money, i guess. Sit around, do the bare minimum, and get paid off it. The American Dream. Ana Salgado does it AGAIN! She is truly a dream! We've been at our residence for a little over a year now and she continues to aid us in any questions or minor maintenance issues, that some time come up in dealing with a house. I sent a maintenance request over the weekend and she addressed it straight away this Monday morning per usual, and someone will be out tomorrow to handle our issue! She is not only prompt in her responses but she always does so with a smile! We had Ana Salgado as our agent. She worked with our credit and move in dates and made our move in as smooth as possible. :::UPDATE::: There is a huge lack of communication. We gave our deposit and rent two weeks before moving in and upon moving in, many things in the home were not ready including fans and air conditioning. Vendors who have come to make repairs show up unannounced knocking at our door without their tools asking to come in. Half of them don't speak English so we have a hard time communicating. The main kicker is that we were denied a deadbolt on our main door when everyone else has one and it is required by the law to have a deadbolt for any swinging main entry door. I never really take the time to write a review. But I felt the need to write a review this time. I was not sure about hiring a rental management company for my son's home. I spoke to other company's and I was just not all in. Then spoke to Darlene and that's when a great journey began. She gave this amazing loyal vibe which you always hope To receive and very rare to find on people. Darlene explained the process in detail to me, my son and his wife. From start to finish she was able to walk us through the entire process, answering calls and txt even on weekend (her time off) and giving us peace that everything would work out. She would call us and make us feel good about the entire process. She would even help with prayer to reassure us things would fall in place very soon! Her team is amazing as well, Millie property manager would provide a weekly update. It only took two weeks to get the property rented and feel really confident they do a great job on screening tenants which is so important now a days. Brandi took the time to answer many of my emails and phone calls even before I was an official client. Her knowledge of California landlord-tenant law as well as local city ordinances convinced me to go with this company. Desiree has been very communicative regarding details of my account and keeps me updated even while I was traveling overseas. The online portal is an especially useful tool in managing accounts for both the tenant and owner. There is a tenant placement fee but well worth it since they do a very thorough vetting process. I have two properties currently with this property manager. I searched around the area for well rated and qualified property managers. In my initial search I found a competitor website with a list of other local property managers, on there was Riverside Property Management, who coincidentally had the highest rating. This peaked my curiosity and decided to reach out the them directly. I was explained the process and how hands on they were. I decided to start them with my initial property a condo. This property was in the middle of having a title change, which there was issues with the document delivery through the county. At the advise of Misty, I was told the RPM could actually walk in the documents to the county office to be recorded same day. I decided to follow their advise and it sped up the recording process greatly. Ana, my designated property manager, has been fantastic and very attentive to my various asks and demands. After getting the condo rented we turned our attention my Single Family Residence. This was more of a challenge due to the time of year (after Thanksgiving). I was concerned that we would not find a suitable renter until after the new year. Ana's experience, tactfulness, and aggressive yet professional approach ensured that I found a tenant before Christmas to my surprise. I have nothing but good things to say so far. She even referred me to one of their trusted vendors to do contract work and minor repairs a very reasonable price. This company refuses to do rental verifications. This is a responsibility they have with their tenants but they flat out refuse and don't care for their tenants at all. More than likely they will be sued by a tenant or hopefully Fair Housing comes down on them, they deserve it. read more

This company is not helpful at all. Our air conditioner has went out again and the tech says it's working when it's not, so now they do not want to fix or replace it. My father in law had to purchase a second air conditioner out of pocket for us and we put it in the bedroom. We have multiple health issues and it is very hot. the reason for giving one star is for bad communication, they don't answer calls, emails, or even return calls back when leaving a voicemail. The first day you get approved from a home they have well communication, but once you start requesting Maintenace for the home, they don't answer, and the fact that they make us call their vendors, doesn't make sense, the property management should be handling all the requests with vendors not the tenants. Request goes on for 2 weeks and they don't repair anything. They expect us to get things repairs. read more
