He got an iced mocha and a tiramisu for us to share. The tiramisu was really good - the right amount of whipped cream and the lady fingers weren't too dry. He really enjoyed the mocha and finished it super quickly. Lots of seating in the cafe and the staff were super friendly. Overall, solid little spot and I'd definitely recommend if you're in the area!

I love that the amount of sweetened condensed milk was just right where the coffee didn't end up being too sweet. I do want to point out that the drink didn't seem like the strongest coffee around, and the taste closer resembled tea with a little milk added. I should have gone to the Vietnamese coffee the cashier offered! I also tried a piece of their sour cream coffee cake. Warmed wonderfully, and with just the right amount of sweetness, crispness, and just a little tang from the sour cream. This was terrific, and something I would absolutely get again. The vibe is classic with lots of wood, and plenty of comfortable seating. However, if you choose to take advantage of their WiFi, you are asked to buy a drink first, and then every 30 minutes after an hour. I understand where this comes from, and it serves as a deterrent from someone buying one drink and spending a working day in here. However, it also makes Sweetwaters seem like less of a spot to chill and catch up on Yelp reviews (for e.g.,), as I'd have to set a stopwatch to not break the rules. Final verdict: while the Dragon Eye could've had some coffee flavors, the coffee cake helped bring the experience up. While the vibe is classic, don't expect to sit and work without keeping the drinks coming.

Thinking of my cinnamon roll. And, she suggested honey to go with it. Which turned out to be a very great complementary suggestion, thanks for the tip , Angie! Place is very clean. There's a friendly welcoming vibe to it. Washrooms are clean, place is nicely maintained. They do breakfast and lunch here. Plenty of sandwiches , salads to go along with coffee. They use Intelligentsia coffee here. It's a local coffee made in Chicago. I've probably been drinking it for almost 20 years, it's fantastic I love it. Service was good here. Id also like to mention they also have outdoor seating here. And a nice selection in a refrigerated display, of to go items. I enjoyed my visit here.

If I am meeting friends, I'm suggesting Blackberry market 10/10 times. But if I need to get food I find myself struggling to justify ordering here. Honest Gluten free review: they do offer gluten free options which is great, but to get a basic breakfast sandwich it's at least $13.50 without any additions or sides, and to get a gluten free bun you must order a full sandwich. So once I customize with cheeses or aioli (because gf bread always needs a little something something) the sandwich and fruit salad side was $16 + the coffee it's close to $24 and that's just more than I'm willing to spend for a tiny breakfast sandwich. Gluten free folks know the struggle but it doesn't make it any less frustrating. They do offer oatmeal that is gluten free and delicious but I wish they had more cohesive gluten free options and comparable prices. Now with all that said, do I come here at least once a week for a seasonal latte and a pint of the most delicious chicken salad? Yes, yes I do.

The matcha flavor was excellent rich, smooth, and consistent from start to finish. It's the kind of drink you can enjoy at your own pace without the flavor fading The staff was very friendly and attentive. One of the employees appeared to be in training, but the service was still great overall. In addition to their drinks, they also offer a selection of food items on the menu, which is a nice option if you're looking for a snack or light bite. The location has convenient parking and a drive-thru as well.

The green and gold combo is nice, and there seems to be some sparkle in the wall paint. Even the menus look nice. However, the first two items we ordered (chicken pot pie and chicken risotto balls) were unavailable. We ordered a pepper steak empanada, tandoori paneer pizza puff, chicken nuggets, a cappuccino, and a teddy hug latte. The food was served in nice plates with wooden forks and knives, which was a unique touch. Unfortunately, and oddly, I received a chicken pot pie empanada instead of pepper steak, but it was tasty, as was the included sauce. My wife found the pizza puffs to be bland, but I thought it was okay, although marinara sauce didn't really complement it. The chicken nuggets were few and didn't contain much chicken, but the fries were decent. The cappuccino wasn't great; it had a burnt flavor to it. Maybe the beans were over-roasted, or the water used was too hot. My wife found the teddy hug latte to lack graham cracker flavor; she said it just tasted like coffee and creamer. Service was excellent and pricing was reasonable, but the food and drinks were disappointing.

Everything is $4.50+ and once you start grabbing items it adds up quickly. We chose the chocolate croissant, and s'mores croissant. Naperville location…read more Bottom Line: The food hall version of this concept is not the same experience as the stand alone location, though the food quality is consistent. I sought out this location since I definitely liked the Glenn Ellyn, stand alone location (See my review for that location). I did not realize it until I got there but this location is located in a food hall, a part of the H-Mart Asian grocery chain's delivery concept. The scaled down, food hall version, in line with, and surrounded by the sights, sounds, and aromas of a great but distracting variety of Asian food offerings, distracts and dilutes the impact of the distinctly different "Paris Baguette" concept (One of these things is not like the others). I will say that the food was good and I would say consistent with the stand-alone location; however, the highly eclectic mix of eateries, in an open food hall, obliterates the more authentic visual and environmental feel of a modern Parisian pâtisserie experience that is delivered by the stand alone store. In recently reviewing Paris Baguette's direct competitor and similar concept, basically across the street from this location, I opined that I would choose Paris Baguette if pressed to make a choice between the two; however, not In this particular instance/location. I get wanting to proliferate the name and concept in the market but, in my opinion, the food-hall version dilutes and detracts from the nice experience of the stand-alone store. If a stand-alone opens here or near, I would come back.
