    Absolute Nightmare to Deal with. RUN AWAY FAST!…read more I bought a used bmw for sale through this dealer and it was going smooth, their sales manager Abbas did a video walkthrough(on jan 27th 2025) with me(have the videos saved) where he said there are "the driver's side is good, no dings or scratches or anything and the body lines are great". Fast forward to getting the car and there are DEEP scratches that no reputable dealer would ever sell a car with. Abbas calls me at 6:28pm on 2/4/25 apologetic and says that this must have happened after the video walkthrough, and that he will go investigate and make it right. Seemed like it was going well Was quoted ~$1300 to get these scratches repaired, so I text Abbas and he has a tone change and points me to Chad Israel, their General Sales Manager, who starts treating me horribly immediately and says its my fault that their sales manager misled me in the video. We tried to have an adult phone call(all recorded) on Feb 6th at 11:30am, where Chad could't be an adult and started screaming then hung up on me. Talk about great customer service! Run run away, im talking to lawyers now, unless this dealership decides to make this right.

He subsequently got back to me, without any information on the trade-in, and told me the vehicle I was interested in purchasing was supposedly sold... meanwhile, it's still available in their inventory. Perhaps my experience was an anomaly, but this was frustrating, disappointing, and a waste of my time. So, now I'll go somewhere else.

They don't…read moreanswer the phone; sometimes you get voicemail and even calls made in the morning are not returned until the end of the day; sometimes the phone is transferred to a call center but the operators have no idea of how long service will take- told me I could wait for the car, but then when I got there, I found out it would take several days. Also, there were several recalls and the dealership never had the parts on hand, meaning that either I would have to go back a second time, or the car would be there several days. Once, when there was a malfunction of a safety system, the service writer tried to deny the feature was on the car, then denied it was malfunctioning. I had to send pictures from Google! Ended up there four days to get sorted. The pickup area is filthy with candy and food wrappers and half empty water bottles on the floor or stuffed inside tire displays. They also do not wash the car unless you remind them, and twice it was done so badly that they had to redo it. And forget about getting a loaner car. And finally, service is massively overpriced. For that money one should get red carpet service.

Although things have been falling apart and broken on the car, since I took it home. It is most definitely a lemon. This is in reference to the incredibly rude and unprofessional interactions I had with a member of their sales department, Robert. A light it on in my car, again, that shouldn't be. And my lease is due to end. I have never leased a car and I am very unfamiliar with what to do now, at the end. Additionally, this location sold me the car under the pretense of they would come pick it up from my house to service it, when needed, as a perk. Not once during my time with the car, has that actually been an option. Anytime I have called to make an appointment, there were waiting lists months long. When I called again today to have something done, I am told they don't offer this service as a personal choice since Covid. I would have never purchased a car as far away as Southampton, had this not been an option to me. I feel duped. I spoke to two different people telling me they decided to stop doing it. I called somewhere else and they also said they won't do it because I've never been to that location before. Robert, at my just asking him "what now," and what's that," and explain that I was just told "no" to the valet service and he is telling me "yes," told me that I am argumentative and condescending (projecting much?) and when I tried to respond with "I am just repeating what I was told..." he hung up on me. Unfortunately, this has been my typical BMW experience throughout the entirety of the lease. My service advisors have been fired, quit, etc.. multiple times during the lease. The behavior is disgusting as is the way BMW has chosen to handle customers and present themselves. You would NEVER think this was a higher end company...maybe it's not anymore and that's an idea of the past. Who hangs up on someone?! An angry 12 year old maybe - not a professional adult that is there to provide customer service. I cannot wait to turn this lease in and be done with this company for good.

The service manager Quinton and my service advisor Ben have absolutely made sure I am taken care of every visit. The level of service and professionalism is beyond anything you could ask for when dealing with something as personal as your vehicle. I refuse to bring my car anywhere else regardless of what it would save me, this dealerships service center is the epitome of grandeur. I 10/10 recommend BMW of Southampton to anyone driving one of these vehicles.
