By chance, my wife and I booked her first OW dive as a certified diver and were rewarded with some of the best conditions I've ever seen here and that is since 1976. We've done several trips and love the boat and the people. The other divers have also always been great company. We did Picnic and Treasure Island and got great direction from Captain Bob as to navigation. We looked around and have found BCS to be the best in the business, really a one stop shop.

We had a great time on Riviera Charters. Bob and Chris were very professional and very nice. We felt safe on and off the boat. We're new to diving and the captain and crew put our minds at ease from the onset and made our trip very enjoyable.

A student and I were on the riviera last weekend for an Advanced Open Water dive course. Dive Master Kuhns did an amazing job helping weight redistribution during PPB. The staff was amazing helping get us in the water and out of the water. The snacks and water helped keep us recharged during the second and third dives.

Bob saw a fishing boat in a protected area and respectfully recommended that they move to a legal place.

Diver's is probably my favorite spot in all of Laguna to go chill. It's... quiet, because it's…read morerelatively small compared to the Main Beach strand, but it's so special. It's usually clean and free of seaweed, and it just smells so good... no icky fish or seaweed decay odors; just clean ocean beach air. This beach only gets GOOD tanning sun during PEAK Summer hours, otherwise, it's kind of... a gamble on the tides and the time of day as to whether you can use the beach for tanning or not. It's a nice beach to NOT get tons of sun on, especially after about 5PM to sunset. It varies, of course, but that's TYPICALLY what you'll find happening. I do NOT believe this area has a lifeguard watching it (?) but correct me if wrong. I don't and haven't seen a lifeguard stand here. The next beach OVER, however does have a lifeguard watching post. This is the spot to go relax... and just sit with yourself and your thoughts. Let the tide rise a little, and then let it go out... and let your problems go with it. It's the best therapy for free you can get, I think... but, anyway... enjoy! :]

Truly the best place to swim in Laguna beach. The water is so clear and the waves aren't scary once…read moreyou get past the shorebreak. This is my favorite place to float and enjoy earth. When the waves come in, it creates little waterfalls as it cascades over the rocks and back into the ocean. There are leopard sharks and stingrays here. The little sharks are bottom feeders and never bother people. The stingrays, however, can sting! All the more reason to get past the shorebreak ... there are fully stocked bathrooms right up the hill which is such a plus for beach days! There are also lifeguards on both sides of the beach. The only downside is parking. It is limited but if you get lucky, make the trek down here!
