I have a bias because pizza is probably my favorite food and the pizza here was so delicious! I love a great pan pizza with a crunch! The texture & flavor of the dough was so amazing! The gluten free crust was very good! I'm not a huge gf fan but they can make whatever is on their pizza menu gf, & it's totally worth the price. The service was lovely, the store was very clean. Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were good too. The only thing I wish, is that they'd take that amazing pizza crust, bake it up plain, cut it into bread sticks and toss those bad boys with butter, garlic, Parm, crushed pepper flakes & parsley! Now add that to your Sides part of the menu! We will be returning very soon!

Quality food here. Tried the Mac and cheese sticks and pretty new steaks here as a result of seeing postings from the "Philly Cheesesteak Adventure" Guy. I generally don't follow foodie social media too much because I feel like I'd want to eat every other thing they post and it is not feasible for me. I'd also get disappointed in the lack of a quality social connection I could "have" with the Internet celebs. Instead, I focus on creating my own space that works for me. I don't want to be confined to one type of food but I definitely like my opinion to be valued too. While I couldn't taste seasonings in my steak, it was still hearty and juicy. The Mac and cheese was solid with quality cheese. Maybe offer ranch as an option but marinara works too. I didn't think of asking for onions and veggies and I wish I did because I like those things. I also had the new Thai chili chicken pizza and it tastes good. Chicken with a slight spicy chili pepper kick and also orange flavoring sauce that you'd find in many Chinese restaurants or similar was used for flavoring as well, and it works. The pizza Rize crust of course is still the most significant thing to get here.

We've gotten their fries many times and we're always pleased. Their fries are real potato, which is sadly harder and harder to come by these days, however, fries are good only when you can eat them then and there because steam will make them soggy if you take out and drive home. Tried pizza a couple times, and tried chopped salad for the first time the other night, and it was such a letdown. Pizza was the quality of the arcade place that bakes frozen for birthday parties. Really terrible. Cheap ingredients and super bland. Salad was no better. Everything tasted like it was pre-made and sitting on the shelf at a Wawa for a few days. Hydroponic taste that lacked the flavor of good soil minerals, and the combo of egg, chickpeas, avocado and apple was not a good taste. The fries are great but this was a miss on the rest.

Different Cheesesteak #1189. The cheesesteak hall of fame should be in Broomall. Shocking cheesesteak. I was going to complain about being charged 25 cents for fried onions. But, after the 25 cents this beautiful cheesesteak was $13.45!? I assume they make the roll and it is amazing. Toasting is an option. They season their meat. Very nice touch. The cheese is holding this cheesesteak back. It was melted really well. Which made it settle on the bottom and seep through the roll. This cheesesteak is a hardier cheese away from being celebrated across the land. A thicker beer cheese please. I'm going to dream about your dough made into bread sticks and a beer cheese dipping sauce.

Really blown away - thought this was gonna be a typical strip mall deal but the cheese pie was incredible and the cheesesteak got better with every bite. Couldn't find fault with it.

I was told by someone this is the best pizza in Delco and I had to go there. It happened to be in the same shopping center as the one dollar tree I like to go to, so we went to dollar tree and then got pizza. We wanted to get some slices rather than a whole pizza so that way we could try some of everything. They had a special since we were there in the last half hour of business , it was buy one get one free. So we ended up getting 6 slices to split. I love their crust. It's thick and crunchy and almost reminds me of pizza huts pan pizza crust, Pizza Hut used to be my favorite pizza ever. This might be my new favorite pizza. Everything tastes fresh too. Normally I don't go for pepperoni pizza that much, but their pepperoni was crunchy and toasted and was really good. The balsamic pizza was also delicious. And I really liked the cheesesteak pizza too. The only one that I didn't think was amazing was the buffalo chicken one, but it was still decent. The chicken was just a little dry. We will definitely come back when we're in the area at dollar tree again haha.

I've been here twice so far and have only tried the Jane and also had the "angry bird" which both were phenomenal. The amazing and sometimes not so typical toppings paired with the fluffy and crispy pizza crust are out of this world! The staff is also super friendly! Highly recommend this place! read more

TERRIBLE service. I ordered an hour and a half before I was to pick it up. They had French fries sitting there cold... not the two small pizzas I ordered... and told me to wait 39 minutes more for them to make it. This girl behind the counter was rude but when she took my exact order out of the oven to send for delivery I almost lost it. She smirked like a little punk. Don't go there... stay far away from this terrible service. read more

On the way to somewhere else for lunch, my husband noticed the mushroom brie soup advertised on the board outside Rize. We immediately changed our plans, and I'm glad we did. The soup was very, very good. I also had a slice of their Green Dream pizza, and my husband had two slices of the Angry Bird. It is, without a doubt, the best pizza in this part of Delco. The crust is thick and chewy and delicious. How is this place not packed all the time? read more

Ordered a "Venus" to go, which we ate for dinner about 20 mins later at home after keeping it warm in the oven.... Which I add bc of course pizza is always best hot out of the oven. That being said... This crust was thin and chewy with interesting blistery bubbles of crispy fried-like crust, almost as if it was deep-fried - maybe they brush with olive oil and the heat of the oven crisps it up... it was unusual and good. The toppings were also good- spinach artichokes mozzarella and feta. I'll be back to try a nice plain cheese and tomato pie - the true test! read more

Good pizza at a good price. Definitely one of the best take out pizzas in Delco. Both the traditional round and square rize crust are lite and airy. I have to say when they have it the cheesesteak Stromboli is the best. They always have several different pizzas out to grab a couple slices. Have a few small tables to eat in. read more

Rize raises the standard of pizza establishments and does so while putting on their own twist. The quality of toppings and unique flavorful combinations make this place great. I would recommend this place to anybody in the area that is craving pizza but is tired of the traditional pan pizzas available everywhere else. read more

Love this place. Unique pizza and amazing salads. I will say this place is pricey but you get a lot for what you pay. If you want the Rize crust you have to call ahead for a full pizza by 2-3 hours. Fully worth it!!! read more

Really good innovative and traditional pizzas. Salads are wonderful. Fresh and delicious. Reasonable prices. This is an independently owned shop. Decor is very nice. Just a few sears indoors and a few tables outside. Please support this locally-owned business. I live nearby and I want something to succeed that isn't big business standard fare. Rize is a winner. The rotating slice of the day showcases a thoughtful combination of toppings and encourages you to step outside of your comfort zone. When it comes to Pizza my wife is usually better at that than me - thankfully the plain jane pizza is delicious. I've enjoyed both crust options. Nicely textured and very flavorful. Slice of Plain Jane in Rize Crust and an order of Firehouse Frize...Delicious!!! Just enough for a meal, nice size slice and the frize were more than filling! I like it spicy meaning I eat Dave's Insane Ghost Pepper Sauce like it's water and although the frize have hot sauce....NOT SPICY! TRust me, don't let that stop you from ordering them!!! The pizza rize crust is similar to Sicilian and very good! I'm a huge pizza fan and like all types as long as it taste good! You won't know if you don't try it and after trying it , I'm buying it!!! ****UPDATE**** you only know the weight of a business when something goes wrong and tonight it went wrong!! 2 hours for 1 pizza to be delivered!!! When it arrived it was room temperature!! Called to tell them it was taking two hours and got the ole "sorry"...they blamed it on a new delivery driver!! Nothing was offered for the inconvenience and when I called back again for a manager I was told one was not available but they could take my number! When 1 pizza takes 2 hours the dishwasher should be offering something to ease the pain!!!! I know it's only pizza and we will survive but this left a bad taste in my mouth!! We will not be ordering from Rize again...I don't feel they appreciate our business so I won't give them my business!!!!! read more

This pizza is AMAZING. I am serious. I never want to order pizza from anywhere else over again. My personal favorite is the ivory, but you really can't go wrong here. Great crust on the square pie..like the sesame seeds. The round pie is so-so. The issue I have is that the tomato sauce is so sweet and intense...it takes over the pie where it is used...and, instead of giving it harmonizing acidity with the great crust and aged (regular) mozzarella..it takes over with its sweetness. Enjoyed the truffle-oiled fresh cut fries, and really impressed with the Sicilian-style crust here. Maybe the tomato sauce will get toned down. read more

Amazing food. I've tried every pizza they offer and never disappointed. I recently tried the FIREHOUSE FRIZE. Even though I don't normally like cheese fries, I ate the whole thing-- they were truly THAT GOOD. Rize Pizza has the best pizza we have ever eaten we have eaten a lot of pizza. After several years of perfecting my own pizza crust at home I came to Rize and now I no longer make my favorite pizza. The Rize crust makes this pizza the best and their toppings are inventive and place this pizza in the gourmet category. Although it is excellent for carry out It is best to get it by the slice right in the store. read more

This is our favorite pizza place in the area. Never a bad pie no matter what you order. However, was a bit disappointed last night, when i decided to order a salad as well. Upbeet salad with chicken. For $12 it came in the smallest to go container with just a handful of arugula & a few pieces of chicken. Although pretty good, not worth anywhere near $12. Won't make that mistake again! read more

A very attractive "airport lounge" welcomed us ... the only problem we were not in a rush to catch…read moreour next flight but the small plates kept flying onto our small tight table before we even had enough time to finish what had been placed before us previously much less enjoy a conversation with each other. And, the plates remained once we hurriedly ate the food the "airline" pushed in front of us. The soups were delicious with the French Dip layered with thinly sliced beef (It was called a French Dip after all.) soaking in a rich onion influced broth accompanied by a soaked brioche crouton covered in melty provolone. The Butternut Squash Bisque flavored with asiago was definitely a winner too but before our soup course was 1/2 finished and with our Mediterranean Platter's tabouleh still showing its colors and enough hummus to later lead our waitress to ask if we wanted more pita ... the first entree was added to our crowded table. Not sure where the blame lies for the hurried appearance of plates but we were looking forward to a special evening out ... a birthday dinner choice ... a restaurant specializing in small plate dining should be well accustomed to serving diners in a relaxed manner. Upon their arrival I looked at the Schnitzel Medallions but wanted to enjoy the French Dip soup ... I knew the temperature of the food would be decreasing but the soup was so good. Why in the world would the first plate be served while we were enjoying our soup literally with soup spoons in or hands ... no, I did not hear that our flight was boarding ... we were in no rush but we were being rushed. So, now on the small table were our two soup bowls that we were finishing ... the plate still holding quite a bit of our Mediterranean Platter (We did expect to have some small talk after all it was a birthday celebration so we had leisurely started eating this appetizer.), we had the plates that we were expected to eat off of (Mine still had hummus and tabouleh on it.) and this brand new plate with pork tenderloin and asparagus. Maneuvering food became a needed skill. My dining partner put some schnitzel onto her "eating" plate letting soup cool ... I decided hot soup was more important than hot or even warmish pork so I continued to eat my soup but rushing soup made it less enjoyable. So, I finished my soup squeezing the empty bowl into a limited space on the table ... my "eating plate" was crowded still having hummus on it because I rushed my soup .. my dining partner said "yum the Schnitzel is good" while her soup chilled. I took the serving plate with the remaining Schnitzel and asparagus eating off it since it was the only plate with room. Before I took a bite the sliders arrived further crowding the table. Quickly the Butternut Squash Bisque was finished so that she could eat a hot well maybe warm Crispy Fish Slider ... I was still working on the Schnitzel knowing I was going to eat cold fish. And, as we both kept putting food in our mouths foregoing any conversation the Chicken Primavera arrived and looked picture perfect amidst the crowded table but finally the soup bowls were removed ... there's still hummus and tabloeh from that Mediterranean Platter that we didn't have time to finish and the waitress asks if we would like more pita ... sure ... I had just finished the cold slider and was about to try the chicken primavera. She also then noticed my water glass was almost empty and asked if I wanted a refill ...I did but had been so busy shoving food down my mouth that I just barely noticed I needed water (I actually knew I did but no one ever stopped by to ask.). And, just in case you're wondering... our flight still was not close to taking off from the terminal in this lovely lounge (It really is an attractive restaurant to dine in.) that reminded us of a classic airport lounge but it felt like a hallway fast food eatery. We had come to enjoy a leisurely small plate dinner with good conversation...celebrating a birthday before heading off to the theatre. You might be wondering why there are three stars rather than one. Well, the food was all really tasty. I would say it was delicious even though due to the rush the only food I ate that was hot was my soup. We finally did get back to that Mediterranean Platter and yes, we were given more pita and I wasn't rushed eating it because there was nothing left to be served. A quick look at the menu online reminds me it was a southwest corn preparation. Since corn is out of season at the moment, my bar was set low but this was clearly commercially prepared corn. Even though we arrived pretty early by the time 5 PM rolled around, the place was full with every table inside and outside (very nice weather for outside dining) was taken. Since moving out to the 'burbs, it's been hard to find a regular go-to pizza spot. Some places get the dough right, but not the sauce. Others think that they can charge $20 for a large pizza made on a frozen base. Anyway, since discovering Rize at the start of the year, I've ordered from them 8 times. I mean, I like pizza as much as the next person, but it's not like it's the only thing I eat. Except, Rize makes you believe it's the only thing you could eat for the rest of your life. The crust is the best bit. Best pizza dough I've had outside of NYC. And it's not even close. It even makes their veggie pizzas appealing to someone like me who usually goes straight for the pepperoni. Sauce is consistently good. Cheese is good. It's just all so, so good. Crucially, it reheats really well too. With other places, I'd reheat slices in a pan over a medium-low heat, partially covered with a lid. I don't have to do that with Rize pizza, I can reheat as many slices as I want in the oven at 300F - that sounds low, but I've found it the optimal temperature for reheating their pizza - just 10 to 12 minutes and it's like-new again. Most importantly, they clearly know how to cook pizza in the first instance. That means browning on the underside but no scorched/blackened, inedible crusts. Golden cheese, not blonde and undercooked. Someone, or most likely the whole crew, really knows what they're doing at Rize. I salute them and look forward to continuing in my support of this absolute dime of a pizza spot. read more

Delicious pizza and incredibly fresh salads. I really like that fact that they strive to use all natural and organic products. They also are very environmentally conscious as well using recycled plates, napkins, and utensils. Very impressive that they do their best to minimize their environmental impact. On top of that the team (Julia, Jim, Dean, and everyone else) are so friendly when you go in. Truly genuine good service. I feel that the prices are fair given the high quality of ingredients that they use. Overall a incredible spot to grab lunch or order dinner. Plus they deliver (in eco friendly cars) This is my go to pizza spot! read more

This is actually the BEST pizza on the planet. The rize crust is amazing- especially if you order a slice and eat it there. I think that if you eat it there and they reheat it for you it gets extra crispy because it is essentially twice baked. If you order ahead of time be sure to ask for the rize crust, but even if they are all out their other crust option is good. Have never been let down, cant wait for them to come to west chester! read more
