Our drinks were empty for most of the meal, and we had to ask another server just to find her. One of our drinks was made wrong, and when we finally got her attention, she seemed annoyed she needed to come to our table and actually walked away while we were still talking, which felt really dismissive. What makes it more frustrating is that there's an automatic 18% gratuity even for small tables. I ended up having to tipping $22 total, and for only seeing her a handful of times, it definitely didn't feel deserved. To top it off, when I mentioned to the head bartender (who was acting as the manager) that I wouldn't be coming back, he pulled $40 cash out of his own wallet and offered it to me to "give them another chance." It honestly made me feel so uncomfortable and was not an appropriate way to handle the situation. The food was fine, but the service and overall experience were not. I ordered the soft serve margarita but they were out of cherry so I settled for one flavor only to hear the server offering cherry flavor to the next table when they arrived maybe 35 minutes after we arrived. We placed our food order at 2:40pm. I received my margarita at 3:09pm. We received our food at 3:16pm. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was really good. The thick steak like fries were fine. We asked for the bill and it took about 20 minutes and she has to be reminded when we saw her walk by to bring the check.
